While this location is ideal for summer fun, it’s just as magical in the winter, offering a cozy retreat with endless opportunities for seasonal adventure.

Step inside to discover a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and major appliances, providing everything you need for a delightful culinary experience after a day out in the snow. The sleeping arrangements include a queen main bedroom with an attached bath, a guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a smaller guest room with bunk beds—perfect for families or groups. The main living area also features a pull-out sofa, accommodating up to eight guests.

When you're not exploring Laconia's winter activities, relax on the deck and enjoy the crisp mountain air. On-site amenities include tennis courts, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (closed in winter), and a children's play area. Grills are available, and we provide free Wi-Fi, linens, and towels for your convenience. The property also has laundry facilities, and parking is available for your RV or boat trailer.
