The open concept great room offers high vaulted ceilings, new furnishings, a flat screen tv with streaming options, a wood stove, engineered hardwood floors, a breakfast bar for three, and dining for six. The compact and efficient kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and new appliances. Two bedrooms are located on the main living floor and share a bath. Both are situated at the back of the home - a full/twin bunk room with twin trundle and a queen bedroom. They share a full bath with a bathtub/shower combo. Rounding out the main living space is a laundry room off the mud room and two sliding glass doors leading to a sunny front deck.

Journey up the stairs to the second floor loft and master bedroom. The loft offers a queen size pull out. The master bedroom is furnished with king size comforts and a dedicated workspace. The master bath is outfitted with a bathtub shower combo.

A one car garage with storage and an EV charger is available for your use.

For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.

There is no AC at this home. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.
