Located in a quiet area of the beach with views of the water from master bedroom, this three bed, one bath house is perfect for a small family. Bedroom one features a king, bedroom two features a queen, and bedroom three features two twins. Additional sleeping provided with a full sized sleeper sofa in living room. This house also features high speed internet, a tv with a digital antenna in the living room, a regular drip coffee pot and a charcoal bbq pit for cooking your favorite beach meals outdoors.

Cargo lift is NOT available for guest use. Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Perfect quiet get away in October!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect for what we wanted. It was just my husband and I. The rental is small and all the bedrooms are close together. We would have wanted a larger place if we had other people with us. There was no dishwasher or ice maker. But, it was clean and very close to the beach. We love renting from Swedes because the check in time is earlier than most and check out is later than most. They are easy to work with too.

House is Old and should not be rented

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I could tell by the pics that the house was older but assumed that it was kept up but that's simply not the case. The a/c filter hadn't been changed in months. It was so bad we had to take it out so the a/c could run properly. Some of the dinner plates are held together by scotch tape and several of the dishes were put away dirty. The comforters have stains on them and I'm wondering if they had ever been washed. Luckily, we brought our own. The screen door is about to fall off and the porch is full of splinters. Plus, having to pick up the key at the office and being made to drop it off instead of leaving it in a lock box is out of date. I did reach out to the Swedes the first night we were there about the filter and I did not receive a response. We will never stay on a Swedes property ever again.

Disappointed with the house , to say the least !

When we got to the beach house after a 4 hour drive , we realized that the house was very filthy there was a dirty greasy film all over microwave and stove , the inside of the microwave was disgusting food everywhere & Sand all over dining table . We then walked into see horrible stains of filth all over the arms of the sitting chair in living room, also black stains all over 1/2 of the dining room chairs , we have seen better furniture on the side of the road, and the whole house wreaked of mildew. We have stayed at many Vacation rentals and have never seen any house this dirty . So we contacted Swedes in Crystal Beach, I sent them pictures of everything & they offered to give money back and we could find some where else to stay ( as if we could find anything in the middle of July 4th weekend) so they said they could do that or send some ladies over to clean and so of course that was really our only option at that point ! So we left so that we would be out if their way , they cleaned it the best they could with what they had to work with , and Swedes said they would send someone out to the house the next day between 12-4 to steam clean carpets and furniture. So we left for those 4 hours to stay out of their way to clean. When we returned of course everything is wet sofa , chair and carpet through out . So we couldn’t use furniture to sit till it dried . Through all this inconvenience no discount was offered , no free night our next visit ! Nothing !!!

Blue Beach View

Perfect for Family with 3 or more kids, teenagers. Beach access was a short walk or ride in golf cart or vehicle. Excellent location. Balcony with the swing great for sunrise, sunset, and just relaxing.
