Overall, our stay was nice with a few subpar issues that could be better. First, the location is excellent! As previous reviewers mentioned, it is conveniently located to UArk Campus and many other Fayetteville gems for visitors. We were able to get anywhere we wished within 10 mins. If you have noise-sensitive individuals, though, the street noise overnight would be disturbing. We had a couple of issues during our stay - WiFi connection and a kitchen disposal backing up. Though the property manager did offer to come check out both, the timing of his replies were not very timely. We stayed without either being resolved thanks to personal hotspots being shared and no need for full use of the kitchen as we ate meals out. Last, this unit could be better kept up. It was very dusty (surfaces and floors) with cobwebs in many corners and on several furniture pieces. It could have used a good dusting and vacuum prior to our arrival at the very least. All in all, though, these were minor issues for us as we did not spend much time in the unit. However, sharing for those who would plan to hang around more in the future.
