Amazing property and amazing host! We had a blast staying at this location. Even had a welcome basket for us. Location is amazing, all the bedroom were extremely clean alongside the bathrooms. Lovely living/dining room area for casual hangouts. Would highly recommend for large families

Perfect for family stay

Our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler were in the Santa Cruz area for the wedding of our daughter. The home was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with every gadget one could think of!! The home was very clean and well appointed. We would stay again if in the area.

We had a great time visiting some friends in Santa Cruz. The house was spacious and thoughtfully equipped. It had everything we needed, and a lot of additional useful things such as toys for our toddler to play with and a wagon for beach outings. Location was also central for everything we wanted to do.

This house is in a great location to visit the beach and boardwalk. We had 2 families and there was enough space for everyone. The house was great and Clean and made great for a few days for our spring break.

The house is in a great neighborhood and very well taken care of. The house also included anything and everything a guest would need. It’s clean, updated and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable as well. The host went above and beyond which made us feel comfortable.The host also had the house information and local information easily accessible, which was very helpful. Sisters birthday celebrations!

The property was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the kitchen well stocked for cooking lovely meals. Everything was exceptionally clean and the Jacuzzi was very relaxing. The host was prompt and answered all our questions.We hope to visit SC again soon and will plan to stay at the Villa if its available.

Beautiful home - great location.

We were two families with 3 teens, 1 pre-teen and a 5-year-old. The home was lovely and had something for everyone with the beach and park a short walk away. The homeowner was very helpful and responsive.

House was lovely. It was in a cul de sac with other similar houses. I felt safe and everything in the house was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with most of what we needed t o make breakfast each day. The hot tub was a nice addition.

AMAZING!!!

The house is even more beautiful in person! It is incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need and Christine couldn’t be nicer or more responsive. Plenty of space to be together and also to find privacy/space/quiet when you want it. Huge plus is walking distance to beach and walking trails. Couldn’t imagine a better vacation!

Spacious and beautiful

Pictures don’t do justice to this lovely home. A spacious floor plan with a large kitchen, it is decorated with style and function in mind. Communication with the owner was excellent. She responded quickly and was very helpful.

Birthday Weekend

The house was incredible, exactly as described. Loaded with amenities, comforts, snacks, necessities, and everything we could want or need. The host’s communication was thorough, friendly, and helpful. If this host had a house in every city i’d only ever travel with her again. Thank you for a great weekend!

Beautiful house in Santa Cruz

Rented this property for a group of four friends to visit Santa Cruz. The house is large and in very good condition. We had plenty of space to be together or to hang out separately. The house had all the amenities that we needed. The host was very communicative with check-in and check-out information, as well as with things to do. Highlights were the short walk to the beach/harbor, as well as the hot tub.
