Summary:

Beautiful spacious house, less then 10 minutes drive to the beach. located in North MB, only minutes from all main attractions! *Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *House sleeps up to 10 guests.

* PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

The Space:

*5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, Very spacious house. *3 king, 1 queen, 1 full bunk beds.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and smart TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The house is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

*Motorcycles are allowed

The Cherry Grove Pier is a popular destination for residents as well as visitors. This is because of its unparalleled scenic beauty and exemplary fishing just off the pier.

One of the best things about a Cherry Grove vacation is the opportunity to enjoy family time in a laid-back, natural setting. Make sure to find some time to slow down and take in the ocean breezes and lilting giggles of this local favorite next time you make your way to the shores of Cherry Grove Beach. The park is open 24 hours a day.

One place worth prioritizing near Cherry Grove Beach is Heritage Shores Nature Preserve – easily one of the most unique parks in the area, and sure to provide a lively day of discovery for all ages.

*Please review my house rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
