Perfect Beach House with Private Heated Pool, Walking Distance to the Beach

Welcome to Spoonbill! This beautiful beach home is just far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy all that Melbourne Beach has to offer. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a salt water heated pool or a 5-minute walk to the private beach.
The home offers everything you will need for up to 8 persons. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with high end appliances and all the additional equipment for any meal you wish to cook. There are Smart TVs in all the bedrooms and in the family room to stream Spectrum Cable TV or any of your favorite streaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. Our beautiful, fully fenced backyard has a saltwater pool with screen enclosure, 36" Blackstone griddle (skillet) and cozy lanai with TV. The pool heater is available upon request for an additional fee of $30 per day. There is also an umbrella and chairs provided for your fun at the beach. PLEASE NOTE, this is a smoke free property (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, or any other substances) which includes the home, porch, lanai, patio and grounds.
There is so much to do in any direction you go! Sebastian Inlet is 12 mins down A1A and offers a days’ worth of entertainment. The Brevard Zoo is a 40 minute drive and is a must see! You can also take a day trip to Orlando to visit all the Disney Parks which are about a one hour and 45 minute drive. Downtown Melbourne Beach offers quaint shopping, beach restaurants, fun activities, and parks. Cape Canaveral launches can be seen from the beach! There are also several golf courses in the area and the Publix grocery store is just a 4 min drive.

We allow guests of up to 8 maximum. Primary renter is responsible for making sure all registered guests comply with house rules.

Lovely house. It had everything we needed. Furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Nice pool and patio area. We had osprey visitors almost every day bringing their dinner to eat. Close to the beach.

Amazing home

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Mark was a pleasure to chat with and very accommodating with our needs. We loved going for walks to the beach with the wagon provided and spending hours playing in the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous Home, Beautiful Location, Fantastic Stay!

Gorgeous, quiet area within a 5 minute walk to the beach (just across the A1A) -- couldn't ask for more! The house was perfect for our 7 night stay with family. Quick,easy drive to grocery stores, yet felt far from all the action and noise we wanted to escape. The pool was so much fun and made the trip truly memorable. Can't wait to come back and stay again in beautiful Melbourne Beach.

Pictures don’t do this property justice. Top notch on everything. Pool was amazing lit up evenings!

We spent so much time on the patio drinking coffee, playing games, watching the kids swim, and just talking. First vacation with adult children in 18 years and first ever all 10 of us. Rooms were quiet and well done. Had a fantastic kitchen and the grill gave us so many options. Can’t say enough kind things!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This house was perfect for our group of 8. It is very clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location just a short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The pool table was a great addition for extra entertainment at night when we returned after dinner. The outdoor space was perfect as well. The host was great at giving us dinner ideas and was very responsive whenever we had questions. If we come back to this area we will definitely stay in this house again. It was wonderful!

Perfect spot for beach and relaxed vacation

We had a blast staying here - Mark was extremely responsive to text and email, property was spotless, great kitchen/living room area, pool table was a blast for the kids! Outdoor TV was perfect for afternoons by the pool. Beach was a quick walk and pretty empty. Saw 2 rocket launches which was so cool! Publix market a few minutes up the road, super easy. Overall my family had an awesome week, highly recommend!

Great Rental!

This rental was great for our spring break for 2 families. The house is clean, new and very organized. 5 min walk to the beach through a private entrance. It was so nice to have an empty beach. Kids loved the pool, and we used it a lot. The area is residential and quiet. It was a nice change of pace from touristy beach towns. We went to Go-Karts one afternoon. Hung out at Coco Beach for a space launch., and enjoyed our visit to the Kennedy Space Center. Publix very close and convenient. Bring your own beach towels, pool towels were provided.

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful house and location! The house was so clean and spacious. There were 6 adults & 3 little ones in our group and it never felt crowded. The layout is great with the Master & en-suite. Both other queen rooms had nice bathrooms right by them. The bunk room was really nice too. The host, Mark, was very responsive and accommodating. We needed two Portable Cribs and he got them for us along with the sheets & blankets. Very nice. Also a high chair. Having Publix grocery 5 minutes away was so handy. The pool was the highlight. Our grandkids loved it as well as us adults. We also made lots of good food on the Blackstone Griddle. And the beach was just a short walk. The Brevard Zoo was 45 minutes away and was a fun thing to do with the kids. Everyone agreed, we would definitely love to stay at this home again. Thanks for a memorable vacation!

Great find in quiet neighborhood

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lovely new home. The heated saltwater pool is perfect, and the beach is a few minutes of walking. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. The house must be brand new as it's spotless. Everything is perfectly maintained and cared for. It's a good size space and the layout is ideal for multiple families or offering a guest space. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the pots, pans, and appliances you need. Be sure to review the starter list as you may want to grab a few items from home (spices, sugar, etc). Communication with Mark is excellent. He even picked up on an issue and had it partially resolved before we even noticed (AC). While the location can seem to be a bit away from town, its location really grew on us by midweek. There is a full grocery store 2 minutes away and a few nearby restaurant options. More options, shopping, and downtown are closer to 20 minutes. Be sure to check out the harbor area as well - many nice options with a view.

The Wonders Of Melbourne Beach!!

Wow!! We loved our stay here! We are a group of nine, 2 families with kids early teens on up. Loved the location very close to the beach. You can hear the waves! Short walk to a beautiful area where you just about have the beach all to yourself. We saw the turtles this time of year which was amazing! The property seemed brand new. All of the pots and pans, utensils, towels, linens, brooms, chairs, furniture all seemed new. Tastefully decorated, comfortable and spacious. Has a pool table that was very popular. Seemed like a game always going on ha ha and if we weren't playing pool we were in the pool! The pool is enclosed so you don't get the bugs and was the perfect temperature to cool off in. There was a guest book that was very helpful and informative regarding local activities, garbage day, property info, shopping and dining. I also liked the outside shower and hoses in convenient spots so you could get the sand off after the beach and before you went in the home. Some beach toys were in the garage and there was room to park in there if you want your vehicle to be out of the sun. We traveled around quite a bit and loved the location. Isolated and fairly quiet but could still get to popular attractions. I would absolutely go back again, this property was perfect for our group and well taken care of. I'm saying 5 stars all the way around!! Thank you so much!!

Lovely property

Just to let you know that our son and family, our daughter and family as well as my wife and I enjoyed our time at your home very much. Your home is excellent. We found it to be a wonderfully equipped as a rental property. All of our grandchildren really benefited through use of your pool. Each of them, ages 4 to 13 really improved their swimming abilities. It was so enjoyable for us to observe. As far as suggestions regarding improvement we suggest an outdoor shower by the pool would be convenient and an easier way to keep kids from entering house wet. A cheese grater and a vegetable peeler would be a beneficial addition to kitchen utensils. The amount of dishes and cutlery were exceptional. Through my 50 years of work and travel to many countries in Europe, Australia, NZ, South and Central America as well as USA we have lived in many properties. Yours compares very well with the better ones. It was very disappointing to have the only walking distance beach access closed due to construction of a new stairway. It was completed except for the bottom 4 steps, but the construction company was not onsite. By Friday someone ripped down the sign blocking the access to new stairs. I went down the new staircase (in spite of the warning signs about trespassing/fines, etc) to do my morning walks. Numerous others did likewise. It was not safe to take children down.

So sorry about the steps to the beach not being complete. The County told us they would be finished before your stay and I didn't know they weren't complete.
