You will love this house – it’s newly renovated and is pure luxury!
Centrally located in Colne within minutes of the high street and amidst beautiful countryside walking and stunning scenery!
Sleeping 6 people in 3 boutique double bedrooms, each one beautifully designed with super comfy beds. Enjoy the open plan kitchen entertaining space and cosy TV snug room.
We’re dog friendly for well-behaved pets and superfast WiFi, complementary toiletries, tea and artisan coffees are waiting for you!
The space
The house is stunningly designed using light, space and natural reclaimed materials, and we have tried to keep and reuse as many of original period features as possible.
It sleeps up to 6 people in 3 double bedrooms, each one unique and with its own personality and charm. Whilst creating the bedrooms, we nicknamed them Boho, Chalet and Chic – they really are sumptuous and you’ll find it hard to leave them! We provide soft fresh linen and fluffy Egyptian cotton towels to use after your rainfall shower.
Downstairs, there is a separate lounge with a large deep-seated sofa and bean bags to curl up and relax whilst watching films on the 4k Ultra HD 50-inch smart TV, which is connected to free superfast broadband.
The large open plan kitchen diner also has plenty of space to sit and chat whilst eating, cooking and entertaining. The bespoke kitchen has been designed to ensure that even if you’re the one cooking, you not left out of the conversations as the gas hob is position by the breakfast bar to bring the kitchen and living area into one.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric cooker and microwave, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer, and a Nespresso coffee machine and selection of coffees for your morning caffeine fix!
The outside space is what we like to call “The Suntrap”! We have used reclaimed wood to make an entertaining area with a Mediterranean feel with awesome views of Colne South Valley, and if the weather is good, then make the evening longer by lighting the firepit!
Upstairs, the bathroom is spacious and again designed using natural materials with elements of earth, water, light and life creating a unique space and energy.
We’re dog friendly for well-behaved pets, and have even have comfy beds, bowls, and special treats for them!
