Pleasant Place: A Family Stay in Palmyra

Seeking a quiet place to stay located in the heart of Palmyra? Look no further! Pleasant Place is a 4-bedroom home combining modern amenities with old charm to provide a quaint, cozy stay while visiting the area. This centrally located home places you in close proximity to local attractions including LDS Historical Sites, the Finger Lakes, and Lake Ontario! Many dining & coffee options in town are just a stone’s throw away adding to the convenience of staying at Pleasant Place. While at the home, you can spend your time on the front porch enjoying our quiet neighborhood or inside taking advantage of then many amenities we offer.

The Space
You will enter Pleasant Place through the front porch where you will find outdoor seating for enjoyment during your stay. Once inside, you will find yourself in the living room featuring multiple seating options, games, and a TV. From there, you will enter the kitchen where you will find a large dining table, pantry, stocked cabinets, and a half bath including an in-unit washer & dryer. Back near the front door, you can make your way up the stairs where you will find 4 bedrooms and a full bath. 3 of the bedrooms include a mix of queen & king beds as well as a personal air conditioning unit for guests to set their ideal temperature. The final bedroom features a twin bed along with a desk and reading nook making Pleasant Place a great spot for those looking to work remote. This home features a Smart TV with streaming service and Wi-Fi.

Guest Access
Pleasant Place is accessed via a small flight of stairs off the front porch. All bedrooms are located on the second floor of this property which may make it difficult for handicap accommodations. Once at Pleasant Place, guests will use a smart lock with keyless entry to gain access. This is an entire home so no other guests will be on the premise during your stay. Trailer, Camper, or RV in tow? No problem! Pleasant Place features a large driveway for off-street parking making it perfect for those looking for a break while out on the road.

Other Things to Note
Pleasant Place offers a wonderful blend of modern appeal with rustic charm for guests to enjoy. That said, there are a few notes to call out regarding this home.
• All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the home making this an un-ideal stay for those who are unable to climb stairs.
• While we have several barriers to entry & rigorous cleaning routines, the occasional small bug may be found throughout the house.
• We have close neighbors older in age who enjoy this lovely neighborhood full-time. We ask that all guests respect their space and honor quiet hours in effect at 9PM each night.
• There is one security camera on the outside of our property which is meant to protect our home and our guests during their stay. We have complete respect for our guest’s privacy and do not have any cameras facing or inside of the living space.
• When renovating this home, we specifically used waterproof flooring so guests can bring their furry family members along. We do not charge extra for pets, however, do require guests to clean-up any hair or mess left behind. Failure to complete this will result in a fine for extra cleaning.
