Discover a peaceful stay in our Boho style listing in a small apartment building in Morton. Centrally located, minutes from Swarthmore College, Widener University, Philadelphia Airport, and I-95. Blocks from the Morton Train stop which will take you directly to Philadelphia and all nearby towns. Perfect for students, workers, family visitors, alumni, and travelers seeking comfort and convenience while in town or passing through.

Dedicated parking spot in the lot next door for one vehicle (we can occasionally accommodate two spots please ask in advance if you will have multiple vehicles).

King Size bed in the Master Bedroom with smart TV and enhanced lighting, room darkening shades and blinds if prefer natural lighting.

Touch/Tap lamps in bedrooms. Simply tap the lamp base to set the lighting levels and to turn on/off.

Note that there is a set of stairs to climb as its a second floor unit.

Central AC/Heat with ceiling fan in the living room.

Great stay!

Our stay was comfortable and owner was very easy to work with! Can’t thank him enough for allowing us to bring our two large dogs. The neighbors are very friendly in the complex and look out for each other. Parking is off street and right next to building.

Not as advertised

We (three adult couples) booked this property to have a place to sleep that was close to a venue for a wedding we were in. The place is very well cared for and checkin was very easy. However, we booked this property because it is advertised as being able to sleep six people, containing: a king bed, a full size bed, and a futon and sleeper sofa in the main area. There is no futon or sleeper sofa in this property, making it impossible to sleep six people. Thankfully, all of us were not there for the first night, so we did stay one night. We did not return after that first night (it was booked for three nights) since it could not fit the six of us. We cut the weekend short and drove back to our respective homes. When the property owner was contacted about the discrepancy, he blamed VRBO for changing the listing on him unknowingly. He promised us a partial refund for our troubles. To date, we have not received any refund.

Booked this location so I could be closer to my venue I was having a event at…it’s a nice place the kitchen is very small not much counter top space and parking wasn’t the greatest at one point my cousin had to park behind the dumpster because there was no open spots in the lot

Being in the housing space we have maintained close relationships with then College and our places are predominantly used for family ties visiting their students, students visiting the school, students abroad, teachers, families in town for College sports, weddings and much more! We love meeting people, and we live help providing the desired spaces some desire!
