This cozy house offers a large outdoor area with a pool, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and is perfect for 4 guests!

★Living Area:
The living room is comfortable with its couch and meridian, colored carpet, cable and smart TV. The dining area features a dining table with 6 chairs, perfect for your meals.

★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need: microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, French oven. There's also a work area with a desk.

★Bedrooms:
Bedsheets provided.
The master bedroom features a very nice king size bed, wooden floors with a carpet, night stands, a nice windows and a TV.
The 2nd bedroom includes 2 bunk beds (twin size), and 2 closets.

★Bathroom:
The bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet.

★Laundry:
The laundry room includes washer and dryer.

★Outdoor Space:
You can access the screened lanai from the kitchen, it offers a nice relaxing area with a coffee table and couch.
You will love the large backyard with its outdoor furniture and its private pool (not heated). perfect for a relaxing vacation! The outdoor shower will be perfect after a day at the pool.
There are 2 grills outside that you can use: 1 propane grill and charcoal grill

★Pool:
The house features a private pool (not heated).

★Parking:
Parking is available for 2 cars in front of the house. (do not park on the street).

★Location:
This house is at the perfect location: it's a 5 min drive to the voted #1 beach in the USA: Siesta Key Beach. Enjoy the "Village" with its restaurants, bars and boutiques. It's a 10 min drive from downtown Sarasota, 20 min drive to St Armands Cir and Lido Beach.

★Additional Amenities:
Several beach chairs and an umbrella are free to use for the beach.
Faubel is a quiet and residential street with wildlife and vegetation.

★Important Notes & Rules:
- Not a party house, please be mindful of residents
- Most pets are accepted, contact us!
- Non smoking
- Use pool at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Supervise children at all times
- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 82 F
- Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running.

Traveling with a little one? We offer a Pack 'n Play for use during your stay for a one-time fee of $50. This includes clean, fitted sheets for your convenience. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your booking!
