Taughannock Falls State Park (5 min) offers beautiful hiking trails, picnicking spots, and an expansive waterfront playground for children. Hungry? Check out the charming local eateries in Trumansburg (5 min) or Ithaca (20 min). Relax and enjoy the beauty of spring!

- THE SPACE -
Three-tier cottage with sprawling views of Cayuga Lake and ample outdoor space. The first floor features a fully stocked modern kitchen, updated bathroom, and cozy living room. The second floor hosts three bedrooms: two with lake views, and a third bedroom including a double bed and bunkbeds, deemed the 'kid zone'. (Summer only: The second floor features a full bathroom, and the third floor has a fourth bedroom with separate living room and kitchen.)

Step outside onto the covered patio with overgrown pergola, including dining area, BBQ, outdoor bar, and fire pit. Venture around the corner and onto the dock, with a large picnic table with seating for 12.

- PLEASE READ -
You have full access to the entire home and property during your stay. Winter: The house features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as part of the property is closed for the season. Summer: Enjoy 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a second kitchen on the third floor.

The summer season is between May 1st and November 1st. If booking outside of this season, be mindful of the reduced number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and lack of access to the lakefront driveway. Feel free to send us a message if anything is not clear.

The house is located at the bottom of a steep gravel driveway with a sharp turn. Winter: The driveway is CLOSED. Access to the house is by the steps only. Summer: Driveway is open, but you MUST have a 4WD/AWD vehicle to use it. Otherwise, you can park at the top and walk down 125 steps. You can comfortably fit one vehicle at the waterfront. Additional parking is available at the top of the hill.

Dogs without a history of biting are welcome (additional fee applies).

A liability waiver is required prior to check-in.
