A pet fee of $98 per day is mandatory per pet, along with the $300 pet deposit. Only mid size and small animals are allowed under 20 pounds. No more than 2.

There is a $50 fee for early check in’s, but only if the time requested is available (no more than 2 hours early). Dropping off personal belongings is considered an early checkin. Our maids need time to clean the property and sometimes they run a tight schedule. A $50 fee for every 10 minutes late will be deducted from deposit. Please checkout on time (11:00am) for a smooth checkout.
Note that any tampering of the nest video will result in full deposit being lost. Front door video is to insure that maids get in to property to clean on time, as well as making sure our guests have no problem getting into the unit with the assigned access code. No events or parties of any kind. If policy is broken, guest may be asked to leave and pay a $300 fine with no refund of booking. Anyone at the property is considered a guest, whether they spend the night, or not. Please be honest with your guest amount. All deposit may be lost if more guests show up than the amount that is booked. Note that Pool is only open in the Spring & Summer. Contact me for dates. Only 2 vehicles are allowed at the property and must park in the driveway. No parking on the street, as our HOA will fine us. If more vehicles than what is allowed is parked, or parking on the street occurs, then full deposit will be lost. Host also has the right to ask guest to vacate with no refund if rules are not followed. NO refunds if ANY issues are brought up AFTER guests stay. We take pride in resolving issues DURING our guests stay. Guest agrees to inform host immediately of any issues or problems that guest endures. Guest agrees that any negative review that impacts hosts ratings will be removed if guest doesn’t inform host of said issues that are noted in review DURING their stay.
