Updated kitchen with modern appliances, plenty of dining and serving utensils, great quality pots and pans with a large skillet and crockpot. You will also find a Ninja blender and a single pour coffee pot as well as all the flavored syrups to add to your morning cup of jo.

Living area is open to the dining room and kitchen. You'll enjoy putting your feet up on a poof after a long ride or day of NWA adventures. Large sectional, comfortable accent chairs, large smart tv and board games all to help you unwind and restore during your getaway.

The Master Bedroom features a king bed, designated office area, modern dresser and in suite master bath. In the master bath you'll enjoy the touches of soaking salts in our jetted tub, large stand-up shower and double vanity with plenty of towels and all the essentials. You will also have access to a walk-in closet located in the master bath.

Guest bedrooms are on the other side of the home from the Master Bedroom just off the living and dining room. The King Guest Bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, designated remote work area as well as a large closet. The 2nd Guest Bedroom has 2 adult size Single Beds with a 3rd designated remote work area as well as a large closet. In all of our bedrooms you will find comfortable bedding and extra blankets for your use.

The Guest Bath is located in between the 2 Guest Bedrooms. You'll have plenty of space to get ready in this full-size bath with shower/tub combo. The bathroom is also stocked with plenty of essentials for your bath needs.

Guest will have access to the garage once inside. You will find a bike stand to store your bikes as well as a work area. You can fit 2 cars inside the garage and park 2 cars outside the garage in the driveway. There is space for 1 more car on the side of the yard, road area. Please no more than 5 cars at this home max with all the 5 parking in the areas listed above.

A large charcoal grill is located inside the garage. Please roll the grill outside and fire it up.

Corn hole yard game is stored in the garage. Please feel free to take it outside in the fenced in yard (that is the flattest) and enjoy having fun with your guests.

There are 2 decks spaces. One is located just outside the living room/kitchen area and has a beautiful woodsy view and an outdoor table to enjoy dining outside or just sipping on a morning cup of coffee and hearing the bird's chirp. The second deck space is located to the side of the home near the garage. It's a small deck with beautiful outdoor Edison bulb lighting hanging from the trees and is my favorite space to be on a cool night. You will also find a hose and a hook on a tree on this side of the home. The hose and hook are to wash your bikes. Please make sure you turn the hose completely off when not in use.

This home features a ring for your convivence and safety. The front door also has a smart lock for contactless entry. If you should have any issues with check in don't hesitate to call/text or message on the app.


Guest will have access to the fenced in front yard, the side of the home with the small deck and the upstairs deck. We asked that you don't go in the backyard as it is very steep. The entire home is yours and you have full access to it as well as the garage when you are there.

This home is open to hosting bridal parties, birthdays, family and friend's gatherings as long as the overnight guests don't exceed 6 people and the vehicles don't exceed 5 cars at the home with only one car parking on the street.

Pet Expectations: All pets must be disclosed at the time of your reservation request. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Dogs must be on a leash when outdoors per Bella Vista city ordinance. Please use the provided bags (located under the sink) to remove any pet waste from the yard, trails, and neighborhood. When leaving the home, the dog needs to be kenneled. Please sweep or vacuum pet hair prior to your departure. A $250 fee will be charged for violations of our pet policy.
