You’re having a dream. In it, you’re sitting on a comfortable chair outdoors next to a pool. The sun is setting and, as the air turns cool, you’re thankful for the outdoor fireplace that’s keeping your toes warm. You’re on a clean, manicured golf course ringed by swaying palm trees. In the distance rises a mountain range, turning dark blue in the fading light…Pinch yourself. When you stay at Legends, dreams are a reality.
This stunning modern masterpiece is situated on the 4th Fairway with southern double fairway views over the Weiskopf Golf Course and the Santa Rosa Mountains. And it has more to offer than just its incredible location. You'll fall in love with the poolside patio, with its two fireplaces, ample seating and dining space, and expertly groomed landscaping. You’re able to see it as well as the surrounding area through your home’s floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
Twelve guests can comfortably share this space. Draw straws for those who will be lucky enough to stay in the private casita, with its own living area and luxe bathroom amenities. There are no losers in terms of sleeping arrangements, though, as each bedroom is as stunning, clean, and comfortable as the last. Drop off your bags and congregate in the kitchen and living area to watch movies on the large screen TV or whip up your best interpretation of SoCal cuisine in a kitchen that would make Martha proud. Legends does it all and does it with style.
All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.
*Home Truths:*
- Pool and spa heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
- Out of respect for our neighbors and the peaceful atmosphere, we ask that our guests refrain from playing music outdoors after 6 pm.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
- A mesh pool fence can be installed upon request by a preferred local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850 for this service and coordinate through the local concierge after booking.
Parking Details:
- The garage can accommodate up to 2 cars.
- The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars.
- A maximum of 5 cars can be parked onsite.
- Large vehicles (e.g., Sprinter vans) cannot be parked outside the home in PGA West. Use the garage or make other arrangements.
- Non-compliance will result in a $150-$200 fine payable by the guest.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
