This cabin has great potential but needs some TLC to reach it. There is definitely plenty of space as it is three levels and has a good amount of bedrooms and is in a great location. That is about the only positive thing I can say though unfortunately. The cover to the hot tub doesn’t cover the top so it was dirty and cold and unusable. The fire place does not light. The lock on the balcony door is broken and does not lock. Someone mentioned this in a prior review as well. The pots and pans and utensils in the kitchen are unusable - they look like someone pulled them out of the trash (literally - no exaggeration). If you plan to cook, you might want to bring your own. There are also ZERO spices of any kind (not even salt and pepper) so be prepared to buy or bring absolutely everything you need for a meal. The cabin could have been cleaner. This issue was mentioned in a few prior reviews as well with which I agree. As an example, the toilets had a “sanitized” label on them; however, one of them still had urine in the toilet so I’m not confident it was even cleaned. There are some holes in the walls and some patches where they slapped on some spackle and walked off. No finishing touches whatsoever. The tubs all had mold in the caulking and needed to be re-caulked. The towel bar in the upstairs bathroom was falling off and barely held towels. All things a handyman could fix in one day. Also, there were barely enough towels for everyone staying and no extra blankets.
