From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views. The property exceeded our expectations. The space was clean, spacious, and so well maintained. Our kids had the best time, and we all felt comfortable and relaxed the entire trip. The amenities were great, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to an amazing breakfast spot and walking distance to lunch/dinner options, which made everything so easy. The host was very responsive and helpful the first day, and honestly after that we didn’t need a thing because everything was just perfect. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fajardo!

Great get away.

Accommodations were great for the entire family. The location offered many amenities that made our stay delightful and the attentiveness of the host was amazing throughout our stay. thanks so much for a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful spot!

Great condo across from the marina, 3 pools, great bedrooms for 2 boys that needed some space to spread out. Beautiful condo with kitchen that we could eat in or dine out in local restaurants. Great host and loved the island!

Great location if you want to explore PR

This location was perfect to explore PR. We would travel around during the day and come back and use one of the 3 pools on property. The condo fit our family of 6 perfectly. The location was secure and close to so much to do!

The apartment overall was great, the bathroom as well, there was a strong smell from the marina which really made it being outside unbearable, other than that the pools the apartment were great.

Amazing stay

My family and I stood here from February 22 to February 28,2023 The most amazing time. Everything we needed for the beach was available in the apartment,The manager was great at responding to msg. The fact that they have 24 hour security made me feel very safe I would definitely come back again for a visit.

Perfect for our family vacation

This was perfect for our family of 6! We had space, we all had our own bed. It was clean. Perfect location to the rainforest, beach and airport. Would not change a thing. Alex was super responsive when I had a question before arriving. Would definitely stay again.

Great Condo

Condo was great! It lined the main street and marina. The boats played loud music during the day and at night lots of loud cars, but if your good with back ground noise, you will love this location. Very close to many beaches, waterfalls, rainforest! Host was very patient and very quick to respond. Condo was beautiful and very clean. Chairs for the beach and cooler available. Beds were all extremely comfortable!

Vacation Time

Condo was spacious and really nice location. Clean, had all normal amenities and for our needs. Issue with microwave was dealt with in a timely and management was very responsive. Not far from beaches, good food and gated community. Security at the gate was clear about safety and the kids enjoyed the pool. Would stay here again and have shared with friends.

Spring Break 2024

The most relaxing and beautiful stay at Peña Mar. Anthony was extremely helpful and responsive if we had any questions or requests. The condo furniture needs updating, but the nightly price is very fair. The grounds of the Peña Mar are beautiful and the pools are clean and well maintained. We will be back!

Decent place to sleep

The place can definitely use an update. The front door seems to be coming apart, the living room furniture is busted and the overall cleanliness is not what you would expect. The property staff and security were helpful and friendly. The club pool was awesome! The hole family enjoyed it.

Great

The location is great yes it’s about 1hr and 40 mins from San Juan but it was so peaceful and we loved it. The apartment was super cleaned and we had new bed sheets and covers and towels. I’ve seen alot of reviews on where they complain about stuff about this apartment and seriously the only thing I would change if I was the owner would be the sofa. Besides that everything was perfect and the beds were super comfortable. We will definitely rent again here when we come back.

Quick mental break

Te location of the condo was good. I enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and looking at the marina. I did not like being on the first floor but that’s just a preference of mine. The location had 2 pools. The one closest to us was a bit “buggy” seems like one of the filters were not working but we headed up to the second pool and it was nice. I loved the restaurants near by. The condo was spacious and perfect for my husband ,mother and daughter. I would rent this property again.

Pena de Mar is a secure, well-maintained and conveniently located property. The unit itself was clean, functional and suited our family's needs. The pools (we only found 3 of 4) were very nice andA badketball, pool noodles, cooler and beach chairs were provided and great to have as we traveled to Luquillo most days to hit the beach. The local Seven Seas beach was clean and beautiful but my teens wanted more action. The basketball court was a hit with kids too.There was 24 hour security with gated/guarded entrance.There is one set of keys supplied at check-in which was ok for us but multiple families might find that a bit tricky to come and go different times.The unit lacks a map or book explaining things in area or unit but instructions sent via text were vere specific to expectations/rules...a little harsh but sure they have had lack common sense with past guests. Fajardo is a perfect launch pad for PR adventures: we went to El Yunque. Bio-bay, Vieques, and Culebra. Both boat tours left from Puerto Chico 5 minutes by car or 15 min walk away. Multiple restaurants within walking distance in the surrounding marinas and grocery stores within 10 min drive. We struggled a bit with the electric stove and maintaining temp- seemed to run hot on one side and low on other. We didn't cook a whole lot but the kitchen did have adequate plates, cups, toaster,. Beautiful complex, functional unit, great location. Would return to Pena Mar, the unit, and Fajardo again!
