Dear John, thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're delighted to hear that your stay was short and sweet, and that you found our location convenient for shopping and restaurants. It's wonderful to know that the space was clean, well-kept, and met your expectations as advertised. We appreciate you clarifying that the apartment is inside an extended stay hotel and are pleased it didn't detract from your positive experience. However, on our listings, we always make sure that every important piece of information, including resort or hotel names, special instructions, and detailed descriptions, is clearly stated. This proactive approach ensures that all future guests have the best options and the freedom to make informed choices before making a reservation. We believe in setting proper expectations to enhance the overall guest experience. Your kind words about our staff being polite, welcoming, and willing to serve you are truly appreciated. Thank you for choosing us for your short overnight stay, and we look forward to the opportunity of hosting you again in the future!
