Exquisite and well-appointed, luxury family home, nestled atop a protected wetland and salmon run. Our home is probably the best home, away from your home you will find in the entire area. This is a real home meant to be lived in not just another short term rental. Fully stocked kitchen, multiple balconies, 2 car garage with an additional 3 vehicles parking on the driveway.
The home has a covered patio on the lower level with a brand new 7 people Jacuzzi hot tub as well as an adjacent home gym.

Beautiful home in Juanita

The house was beautiful, clean, fully stocked and in a great location. The owner was friendly, answered all my questions promptly and made it an easy process. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others!

Wonderful and spacious!

Vince’s places was wonderful! Extremely spacious, even with our party of 6 adults and 3 infants. The furniture and fittings were all beautifully modern and the place was very clean. We appreciated the high chair, travel crib and toys so much and Vince even made accommodations for a late check out. Would definitely stay again!

Great for family and friends

We had two families with kids staying for a soccer tournament weekend. So much more comfortable than a hotel! Easy to get to Crossfire, and also convenient for groceries and fun at Juanita Beach Park. Driveway was a little hard to navigate with multiple cars and getting them turned around to get out to the street safely - but we managed.

Modern, Comfortable, Family-Friendly Home

We stayed here for a week with 3 kids (infant, 2 yr, 5 yr), as our home was undergoing construction. It had all the amenities our family needed, from a well-stocked kitchen; comfortable, large bedrooms; children toys/gear (high-chair, pack'n'play, etc.); hot tub; gym; home-office; etc. It was a great place to stay, work & play for the week. A true home away from home! The hosts were easy to get ahold of, flexible and generous. Would highly recommend.

Wedding

Our family gathered to celebrate our daughters wedding and my sons 40th birthday. The house easily accommodated all 8 of us. House was centrally located for all our activities. The house was on a very busy street, but you couldn’t hear it once inside. The owner was quick to respond to any of my questions and concerns. We had a great experience overall!

Great house, some issues

The house was great, however during our stay, the roof in one of the rooms began leaking which made it so one of the rooms was not able to be used for one night. Some of our group went home early because of this. I initially requested a refund for the amount of two people’s stay for one night, then requested just over the amount for one. Property manager refunded a minimal amount that barely covered half the amount of one persons stay for the night. Pleased with the house, not pleased with how the issue was handled.

Girls Trip

Great space and location for a getaway to local woodinville wineries. My recommendations would be to provide more cleaning products - we were given a miniature roll of paper towels and not much else to clean up spills or messes. A bottle of windex or Clorox wipes would have gone a long way. If they were provided, it was not obvious where to find them (under sink, closet, etc). I also asked to check in a tad early since we had a wine tasking appointment - just 30 minutes even to drop groceries and leave. The response was to check back later and that it would be up to the housekeepers on when they cleaned. This was disappointing as we also have a house on VRBO and always try to accommodate reasonable requests, which I felt like this was. I wasn’t asking for hours. At the end of the day, they said we could check in a little early but it didn’t matter since the message came through after the time we would have needed to leave to drive over. Everything ended up fine, but just felt like something not a big deal that could have saved us some stress. I completely understand respecting the housekeepers but dropping groceries and leaving seems like a small thing (to me in my personal opinion, others may not agree). Other than that it was a beautiful property, very updated, comfortable, and enjoyable. We would return without hesitation. Thank you for providing us with a great stay.
