Modern charmer! Close to downtown/Sanford/Auggie/USF

Walk into your fun stay on beautiful hardwood floors on the main. Upstairs, find two bedrooms, one a king, one queen and a bathroom with a dining room and kitchen to prep your meals!

Stairs are required usage in the home for the third bedroom and living room, which are downstairs.

Downstairs you will find a family room with a 3rd bedroom and the washer and dryer. There is a toilet in the laundry room, but no sink or shower.

After you get settled, relax back in the privacy fenced backyard!

You will be a 2min drive or 15 minute walk to the campus’ of Augustana, USF and Sioux Falls Seminary. You are 3 mins away from the Sanford Hospital Campus if you are visiting a new baby joining your family or someone staying at the castle. 7 mins away from the Avera Hospital as well! Want a night downtown? You are 8 minutes from shopping/food and outdoor music in our amazing downtown area! Wanna load up on stuff to buy? The empire mall and Empire Place offer tons of shopping and food also! We have a one stall driveway, which can fit two cars if they are smaller. (Please do not block the sidewalk) otherwise we have street parking g to the east of the house.

We have a pack and play if you need as well as 2
Foldable cots for kids (just ask and we will leave them out. (We do not have a baby gate for the stairs).

We have neighbors, so we would ask for quiet time outside after 9pm. No smoking on the property and no parties. Having a few guests visit is ok, but the max sleeping in the home is 6.
