The space

The ground floor features a luxurious master suite with king bed and TV room, grand living room with fireplace, and spacious modern kitchen. You'll also find a powder room, laundry, and deck overlooking the barn and open fields. Upstairs: second ensuite (queen), two additional queen bedrooms with shared bath, and a generous kids' room with twin beds.

Other things to note

Please be sure to read the full House Rules / Rental Agreement before requesting to book. All rules must be followed at all times. We want to ensure that everybody has the best stay possible, knowing what to expect while staying at our property.

We have a maximum occupancy of 6 adults, and the total group size, including children, must not exceed 8 individuals. We require a complete guest list with full names, for liability reasons, at least 48 hours before check-in. NO additional day visitors are allowed. Events are not allowed & no outdoor noise past 10pm. Pets are NOT permitted.

We have outdoor cameras throughout the property that we monitor daily (NO indoor cameras). There is an alarm system that will be deactivated during your stay.

We have a strict cancellation policy. We strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
