Peaceful Pines is a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom Condo located just moments away from Pleasure Point Marina and a 5-minute drive to the Big Bear Lake Village for shopping and dining. This beautiful condo has a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The living room has 2 couches for the whole family to gather up and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV with a fire burning in the beautiful brick fireplace. Bedroom one has a queen bed with a bathroom attached. The second bedroom on the upper floor has a King-sized bed with an attached full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 1 twin over twin bunk bed. There is a propane BBQ off the back deck along with table and chairs to sit out and enjoy the beautiful summer weather and to cook up some great food with the family. This stunning condo has all the feels of your home away from home. So pack up the whole family and come and enjoy all that Big Bear has to offer in all 4 seasons. We offer weekly discounts, So when the weather is hot where you are come enjoy the cool breeze in the summer with so lake fun, or enjoy the beautiful snow covered trees with some snow play in the winter. We look forward to hosting you for that beautiful mountain getaway you have been longing for.

Property was clean and quiet. It was well maintained. Inside was well kept. We did have an issue with no hot water. They sent out a maintenance person who worked on it when we were out for the day. When we got back, it still was not working. We called the property manager again, and they got a plumber out who fixed it within an hour after calling. It was close enough to dining and stores but with the weather we really didn’t want to walk to them. I would recommend to bring your own pillow

Chill location

The property was overall extremely pleasant for our group of 7. Clean when we checked in, overall a generally quiet, chill location for the amount of properties that surrounded our town house. 5/5 stars would stay again and would recommend to others.

So good, we came back.

We stayed here in 2021 and enjoyed its so much we tried to book for 2022. It was unavailable during our dates, but we returned for 2023. The condo is spacious and comfortable, and amongst the best equipped rentals we've booked in Big Bear; a generously equipped kitchen, fans in every room, and quality, comfortable furniture and beds. I'd bet the owners use this property themselves, and it shows. Excellent parking and access to load/unload, straight off the back deck. Well kept pool and hot tub onsite, and tennis courts. The only downside we've experienced on this property complex is that August seems to be roofing season in Big Bear. 2021 the building opposite was under roof replacement, and this year, the roof two buildings away was being replaced, so some nail gun noise, etc., but not so bad we wouldn't return. Never had construction on the actual building this unit is in. Check in process was easy, with great communication and no delays. Highly recommend this property.
