A newly remodeled contemporary and minimalist 3,700 sq ft home located in a quiet and lovely community known as Tuscany Hills, in the city of Lake Elsinore, CA. The home has views of Canyon Lake and surrounding mountain ranges which have snow caps in the winter. The sunrises and sunsets will delight you if you are so inclined!
The house is tastefully decorated but with a minimalist touch. The master bedroom boasts a reclinable bed and remote-controlled motorized shades. Just pop the bed up, roll down the shades and catch the sunrise! One can catch the sunsets too lying in the jacuzzi tub. The adjoining glass enclosed shower has an illuminated shower niche and rainfall shower that will tempt you to extend your stay! (Ladies need not worry as the hand-held shower option will keep your hair dry!)
The other 3 bedrooms are tastefully furnished as well, and all have access to a full bath. Two of the upstairs bedrooms share a "Jack and Jill" bathroom arrangement. It should be noted that there is a 5th bedroom which is actually an office with a full bath attached to it. If the need arose, one could fit in a blow-up mattress in there. There is a bedroom downstairs with a full bath as well for those who are averse to stairs.
The upstairs "game room" has been converted into a simple and spacious yoga area with two yoga mats and blocks.
The kitchen and family room are spacious and offer views of the lake from inside the house. Amenities include a double oven, smart refrigerator, microwave with an air fryer option and smart lights controlled by Alexa that offer dimming abilities for mood creation that extends to the family room. There is an adjoining butler area with a wine refrigerator as well.
The backyard is spacious and has views of the lake too! It offers a built-in BBQ grill and a fire pit table with a glass wind guard. The surrounding fence has attached solar lighting that lends additional ambiance in the evenings. The backyard and outside lights are automatically set on a dusk to dawn timer.
Additional features include WiFi and separate upstairs/downstairs heating/cooling systems.
