Guests will feel lucky to find themselves at a getaway to Trouvaille, a beautiful modern mountain cabin with thoughtful touches and decor. This house is conveniently located only 6 miles from popular downtown Blowing Rock, 11 miles from Grandfather Mountain, and only 2 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and a studio apartment above the garage, creating plentiful space where guests can relax.

The stunning main floor living room has a gas log fireplace, a mounted flat-screen TV, and a comfortable sectional couch. The living room flows into the bright open kitchen and the formal-style dining room. Outside is an outdoor living space with a covered area that includes a couch, wood-burning fireplace, TV, and an additional dining table. Beyond this is a large flagstone patio with a gas grill and wood-burning solo stove under the open sky.

The main floor king suite can be accessed from the outdoor living space and has a TV and private bathroom. Upstairs is a second king suite and bedroom suite with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, each with a private bathroom. Kids will be delighted with the attic playroom above that includes a foosball table, play tent, and beautiful wooden toys. There is also a Pack-n-Play with a mattress, a high chair, booster seat, baby gates, audio monitors, a sound machine, a SlumberPod, and baby toys. Downstairs is a lovely quiet queen bedroom and bathroom. The main living room couch also pulls out to a queen sofa bed providing multiple sleeping options for up to 14 guests.

A long staircase accesses the studio apartment above the garage to the side of the back patio. It is a fantastic living space with a queen bed, a twin bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. It is fully equipped to serve as a second living area.

Other amenities and comforts include WiFi internet, YouTube TV on all 7 TVs throughout, and Central Heat and Air Conditioning for year-round comfort. A circular gravel driveway can accommodate multiple cars. Pets are not allowed at Trouvaille.

*Please note there are multiple cameras around the home that capture the front door, back door, back right corner, right side, front left garage, front left of the house, and left side of the house between the apartment. All cameras will be turned off during guest stays as they are for use only during vacancies for security. The garage is not guest accessible.
