We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please feel free to contact us via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Our retreat offers a peaceful suburban setting while being conveniently located near popular destinations such as The Streets of Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, Park Meadows Mall and downtown Denver.

Soft sunlight spills into the living room as you curl up with a cup of coffee, the gentle hum of the coffee maker still echoing in the background. Outside, the fenced yard stirs with the sound of leaves rustling in the morning air. Later in the day, laughter carries from the downstairs game den where foosball and board games keep the group entertained well into the evening. This is a home built for easy rhythms, shared meals, and restful nights after exploring the best of Denver and beyond.

Sleeping arrangements
With five bedrooms thoughtfully arranged across two levels, there is space for everyone to unwind. Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, Roku TV, and private ensuite bathroom. A second king bedroom and a queen bedroom share the same level, offering comfort close at hand. In the basement, one bedroom holds a queen bed, while another offers a queen and a twin bed - a flexible setup for families or larger groups. Each bedroom is stocked with fresh linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades to help you rest well.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms are located throughout the home, reducing wait times and adding convenience for groups. Each bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower gel, and hotel-quality towels. A mix of walk-in showers and a shower/tub combination makes it easy for everyone to get ready for the day.

Kitchen & dining
The galley-style kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and all the basics for preparing meals. Whether you’re cooking breakfast before heading to the trails or preparing a sit-down dinner, everything you need is within reach. The adjoining dining area seats six and connects seamlessly to the main living space, keeping conversation flowing as meals are shared.

Living spaces
Upstairs, the light-filled living room invites you to relax with a book or stream a movie on the Smart TV. Downstairs, a second lounge doubles as a lively game den with foosball, giant Connect 4, another Smart TV, and a selection of board games. With two gathering areas, it’s easy for the group to spread out or come together depending on the moment.

Outdoor living
Step into the fully fenced backyard to enjoy Colorado’s fresh air. A covered patio with seating provides shade in the afternoon, while outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill set the stage for casual dinners and morning coffee outside.

Family-friendly touches
This home is designed for connection and comfort. A Pack ’n Play, high chair, washer and dryer, and room-darkening shades add convenience for families traveling with little ones. With fast Wi-Fi, keypad self check-in, and ample parking, your stay is simple from the moment you arrive.

Neighborhood
Set in Centennial, the home balances peaceful suburban surroundings with close access to city life. Scenic trails such as the Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail, and Big & Little Dry Creek Trails are nearby, along with destinations like The Streets at Southglenn, Park Meadows Mall, and Denver Tech Center. Downtown Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and even Rocky Mountain National Park are within easy reach, making this retreat an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure.

Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.

There are two fireplaces on site, but they are currently not operable due to fire safety concerns.
