There are two fireplaces on site, but they are currently not operable due to fire safety concerns.

In the summer, please avoid setting the thermostat below 70 degrees to prevent the AC units from icing up. Excessively cold temperatures over an extended period can cause the AC system to freeze and stop functioning.

Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the property. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask us.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
