BED & BATH & LAUNDRY
This home can comfortably sleep 10 guests. There are four bedrooms with four queens and one twin-sized bunk bed. There are two full bathrooms- one tub/shower combo and one stand-up shower. The master bedroom has a 55” Smart TV, an ensuite bath, and its own exit to the backyard. One of the bedrooms has a work space with a desk and office chair. Each bedroom has hotel-quality comfortable mattresses, clean linens and pillows, night stands, dressers, and large closet space. There is a full-size washer and dryer with laundry detergent, an iron, and an ironing board.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and backyard except the garage. The host stays in the ADU when not traveling. There is parking for two cars in the driveway and free street parking.
Other things to note
SECURITY
The house is monitored by a security alarm system connected to the front and back doors, two outdoor security cameras in the front, and a RING doorbell.


PETS
Small dogs over 6 months old are allowed with the following rules:
Must be approved in advance with a one-time pet fee of $150
Pets are not allowed on any furniture

POOL CLEANING and POOL SAFETY
Pool cleaning services come every Thursday at any time. Due to heavy winds, leaves and debris may fall in the pool within a matter of minutes. There is a robotic pool vacuum cleaner please don’t remove it from the pool. The pool is not heated.The pool is not separately fenced. Children must be supervised at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk. No diving and no running on the pool deck.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking or vaping indoors- any signs of smoking in the house at the cleaners discretion will result in a $500 cleaning fee
Zero tolerance for noise or disturbances- if the police are called due to a valid noise complaint there will be a $500 fee and eviction with no refund.
Quiet hours are 10PM-10AM, please respect the neighbors
No large speakers or DJ equipment
Twelve (12) overnight guests maximum allowed, no exceptions
keep windows and doors closed while AC is running.
