Welcome to our Red Rock Gem! :)

Unwind and relax in our cozy 2 bedrooms condo that comfortably sleeps 4 with queen beds in each bedroom. There is also one fully remodeled bathroom. Outside, you'll find the unheated pool (May - Sep depending on weather) that is perfect for a nice refreshing evening after a fun-filled day of hiking and exploring Sedona. Additionally, there are charcoal grills, picnic tables, small workout room and a sport court available for use.
The shared laundry room is on the ground floor by the mailboxes.

The condo is fully stocked and professionally cleaned after each guest. There are 3 smart Roku televisions.

Guest Starter Supplies:
We understand how tiring traveling can be. So, we provide some helpful supplies so you do not need to go to the store the moment you arrive. These guest starter supplies include the following: ALL Travel size items: shampoo, conditioner and lotion in each shower bath. 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 laundry detergent single-use packs, dish soap, a fresh dish sponge, 2 4-cup coffee bags, 2 kitchen trash bags, and soap for each sink. These starter supplies are intended to get you started so you don't have to immediately go to the store, however you may want to pack some extras from home and also bring kitchen items such as spices, ziploc bags, tin foil, etc as those aren't provided.

To our valued guests, in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we are excited to offer at no additional cost to you a custom digital Guidebook which will answer many of your questions and help you navigate your stay. If any questions or concerns should arise, we can be reached any time, day or night via messenger. We will respond as soon as possible. If there is an emergency, and you need to reach us immediately, please refer to our Guidebook for our direct contact number.

No more than 4 people are Allowed (includes visitors). Please read house rules.

There is a security camera in place for your protection outside the entrance door. Please do not touch or tamper with the camera.

We do not control issues and closures due to the maintenance of the pool.

It’s not unusual for native bugs/critters to get into the condo. The condo is thoroughly cleaned to minimize the presence of pests and monthly pest control services are performed. Please be courteous and close the door behind you to prevent unwanted critters indoors. Please be understanding of the fact that we don’t have total control over nature.
