1. Due to owners' allergies, cats are NOT allowed on the property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 fine. Damage caused by a pet or failure to follow GTA pet policies will also incur a fine.
2. No parties or large gatherings!
3. No smoking or vaping on the townhome premises!
4. This townhome sleeps four and uses keyless entry.
5. You must be 21 or older at the time of booking and present during the entire stay. We do not allow third party bookings.
6. We are unable to issue refunds for weather, sickness, or similar circumstances that are beyond our control. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance if you desire a refund for these situations.
7. These townhomes have interior and exterior stairs. They are set nicely away from the parking lot, giving plenty of privacy, but YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO NAVIGATE STAIRS.
