This fully furnished, beautifully decorated home is close to everything, you'll be able to hop on your cruiser bikes and head to the beach, stroll the shops and restaurants on State Street, or visit the nearby Santa Barbara Mission and rose gardens just two blocks away. Featuring a brand new custom Santa Barbara stone seating area with fire pit and grill, you'll want to eat all your meals in the privacy of the backyard deck area, surrounded by lovingly maintained gardens.

Historic home built in the early 1900s, lovingly restored and updated. Located on quiet alley amidst grand palm trees and mature, indigenous plants and flowers.

ACCESS
Our home is equipped with a keyless combination lock for easy access. This will be provided upon booking confirmation. For added security, the code will be unique to your stay.

KITCHEN
Our kitchen will be amply equipped to comfortably cook and serve guests up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We provide an initial supply of coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, sponges and paper towels.

BATHROOMS
There will be enough clean towel sets (bath & hand towels, washcloths) for every guest up to the maximum occupancy of our home. We also provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. There will be at least one hair dryer onsite.

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with an initial supply of laundry detergent.

PARKING
Guests may park on our quiet and private street, right outside the front gate to our home, but should take note of any posted parking restrictions. Parking is first-come, first-served, but there are always spots available.

ENTERTAINMENT
Home is equipped with hi-speed WiFi, and Frame 55” HD Smart TV through which guests may use their own streaming service accounts. All WiFi passwords, and further operating instructions for WiFi and TV provided in guest manual.

ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOLS IN PLACE
Our home will be professionally disinfected before your stay:

~ Our home features keyless entry and unattended self-check-in
~ All windows and doors are opened during cleaning to circulate fresh air
~ Our cleaners wash their hands with soap and water before cleaning and wear disposable gloves while they clean
~ We clean with soap and detergents first, and then disinfect with hospital-grade disinfectant
~ We give special attention to high-touch areas such as appliances, handles, switches, door and cabinet knobs, remote controls, faucets etc.
~ We wash all linens, including duvet covers, comforters and blankets, and couch cushion covers.

AGREEMENT ADDENDUM: The following serves as an addendum to the reservation and rental agreement entered into between the parties via the website of the company used to complete the reservation, as well as its affiliate sites.

HOUSE RULES
* No smoking.
* No parties/events/gatherings. Only the people listed at the time of booking are allowed to be on the property without prior written permission.
* No use of the fireplace is allowed.
* No burning anything inside or outside of the home, including candles/incense.
* Do not move any of the furniture or décor.
* Kindly do not put coffee grounds or large food scraps in the sink. All food items should be scraped into the trash. There is no composting (sadly!).
* Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol outlined in Renter's Guide, and maintaining the cleanliness of the home during their stay.

BOOKING POLICIES
* Weekly cleanings are offered at no charge. Cleaning company will arrive each Wednesday morning at 9:30am. Included in each weekly cleaning will be one set of bedding washed and dried. More information on cleanings will be provided in the guest manual upon check-in. Cleaning fee in listing is for move-out clean only.
* Reservation cancellations: We do not accept cancellations and do not provide refunds.
* Reservation may not be resold or sublet. Only the persons/group identified at the time of booking are allowed to stay at the property.
