Hi bill, sorry you feel this way. I wish you wound have brought these concerns up during your stay. There are industrial ice machines that work located every 4 floors. The parking is clearly listed it is an available for a fee. This is a beach town. There is no free parking anywhere in the area. Also, so is resort fee..which every place in the area charges and ours is the lowest. As for the leak, you did let me know and maintenance checked the next day and was attributed to the drainage for heavy rains and was addressed

Dan and his party were the worsts guest ever. They intentionally messed with router and broke it. Probably to try and get a free stay. I tried getting internet company in during their stay but it was a two day wait and when they could go , Dan did not want to wait for them.. which I completely understand ( who wants to wait for internet company on vacation) when they did get there they called me.. I called security to let them in but tech refused to wait. Even after Dan causing internet disruption I offered to give a good faith refund but he was insulted and wanted 33% refund for an issue he caused. He then proceeded to try and stop payment with his credit card company and get the whole stay free. Everything else about his posts are lies that I will not even address. I would not rent to Dan unless you want someone to try and steal from you
