Some come to recover from medical procedures, some come for funerals of loved ones, some people come to work, others for birthdays, holidays, weddings, honeymoons, others just for some peace, quiet, and solitude watching the different varieties of birds and boats float by. Just 7 mins from the Hospital if you need one.
Plenty of grocery stores and Restaurants nearby 5-10 mins away. Burien has lots of different restaurants, you can even have your food delivered by some of them.

This is in a great neighborhood with lots of parks in the area 10-20 mins away.
The people in the area walk/hike and ride their bikes around some venture to the water a quarter mile away they are friendly and they will like to talk and wave. Burien has lots of different restaurants, you can even have your food delivered by some of them. If your looking for things to do. I have lived in the area all my life and I have lots of recommendations for city, water or mountains what ever your passion.
We live above this studio have a tiny noise of us walking around or perhaps talking, this is said just in case you are super sensitive to any noise what so ever.
NOTE: In between the floors are insulated and we have talked to our guest to see if the noise is disturbing and everyone has said NO. But since we are a super host we want full disclosure just in case.
