Tahoe Keys Rules:

- You need to obey all Tahoe Keys Property Owner Associations (TKPOA) rules, which will be provided to you after booking, this includes quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. TKPOA security strictly enforces all Vacation Rental ordinances. If a citation is received, the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2,000

- Only park in designated spaces in front of the unit, vehicles are not allowed to park on the street

- No outdoor overnight tents, guests, RVs, etc.

Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guests during your stay.
