Welcome to "The Gem" uptown King bedroom apt!It features a king-sized bed with small walking space and original art on the wall and an updated private bathroom that consist of necessary amenities for light packing travelers. This stylish suite is full of light and good vibes, perfect for a romantic couples retreat or solo adventurer. Enjoy your stay and complimentary coffee & tea next to the mini fridge and microwave! We also have Hulu and Netflix which you can get to from the Roku homepage.

-Dogs on leash at all times
-Dogs off furniture (fur on duvets, sheets or pillows are not acceptable)
-No smoking inside
-Trash bins are in the back parking lot
-Close bottles of wine or tie bags with open cans/bottles to keep bugs from coming in.
**Cleaners may forget things as there are other units/properties, so please let me know what we could drop off or if we could fix areas that may need attention. Apologies in advance and thank you for your understanding as we want to provide a wonderful experience as a growing small business.
We enforce pet fees for guests traveling with emotional support animals. If a guest refuses to pay, we will not allow the emotional support animal to stay. Picture of Pet fur will be reported and Airbnb will contact guests unwilling to comply with our policies.
Service animals are not to be Left alone at the listing without prior approval

We are just off the beaten path, so you may hear activity early in the morning to late at night….It is a vibrant town!
Our blue home is next to a vacant business with access to parking behind the home as well as the front.
We are conveniently located next to US -1 (which is a busy road; apologies for disturbance ) easy on street parking or behind home. While we are sharing the property with other guests, it is important that guests respect each other. House rules are enforced! Quiet Hours 10pm-8am

Enter through the right courtyard through white side gate. Entry to unit is at the end of the home; up the stairs and to the right to Unit 3. This king suite has a small front-side deck. Keypad entry for self check in. Turn lock immediately after putting in door code. To lock, door code and turn lock. The "Gem" is a king bedroom situated in a multi-family house that has a shared garden with seating and tables for guests to enjoy an outdoor experience. The property has a total of five units with private entrances and is conveniently located next to busy US-1. The location is a few blocks away from the best uptown restaurants and shops, and within walking distance to downtown historical sites. It's a 10-minute walk to the fort and 15 minutes to St. George S. Free street parking is available in front and 40-amp EV charging in the back and extra spaces. The beach is only a 10-minute drive away. You can bring your furry friends along for the ride (limit 2 pets) for a small fee of $25 cash; No cats or other animals allowed on property.
Walking is best, however bike, scooters, three wheelers rentals are available. Touristy town with trollies just a few blocks away or call a pedi-cab to pick you up at the front of the property!
Bikes are available for only guests staying on the property. Me'Lieu Property management is not liable for injuries when you ride off the property. Please inspect bicycles before riding. Please use and return with care. *report any damages for necessary repairs*
Parking Down Town 2.50 per hour, free after 5 pm and Sunday
Parking garage (1 Cordova St) $15 a day
