Our home feels like you are in a treehouse with Valley and forest views from the huge deck and out the windows. Recently remodeled with a new deck, new bathroom, and whirlpool tub, our condo is in a quiet area 10 minutes from multiple beaches.

This is a perfect vacation home for the summer, and a perfect home base to visit all of that Tahoe has to offer!

Enjoy a visit to the lake or Heavenly and relax in the community hot tub and pool in the evenings.

The condo has a great layout with the kitchen open to the living room and dining room. Beautiful views of the valley and the forest can be seen throughout the condo and on the spacious outdoor patio. We also have an additional brand new 350 SF deck with a patio heater and propane firepit for your use. The sunrise from the deck or living room couch cannot be beat!

Beautifully furnished and decorated, our total remodel was completed in December 2017 with a new bathroom and renovated patio for the 2019/20 season! The condo features beautiful photography, original art, a comfortable outdoor patio space, and a ridiculously large TV with Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and Amazon Prime TV on demand.

Community area for Tahoe Village is a 5 minute walk away, and has a pool and hot tub (we'll give you the code). Note that due to COVID these facilities may not be open during your stay.

Kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook, bake, or grill up some spectacular meals. The place is fully stocked. A full size washer and dryer are also available in the condo.

Both beds have brand new super comfortable premium memory foam mattresses. The second bedroom also has a queen-size air mattress which can be inflated under the loft bed if you like. The air mattress is the good kind (22" thick) and has an integrated pump that inflates in a couple minutes. The air mattress and extra sheets and blankets will be available in the room if you choose to use them.
