Located only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, Robins Nest is a lovely 3 bedroom cabin that allows you to stay in the action with local restaurants and attractions. The main level of the cabin offers a living area with a wood burning fireplace and a 39" flat screen TV with a blu-ray DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, and a king bedroom with a 39" flat screen TV and a bath with a shower. Upstairs you'll find 2 identical king bedrooms featuring jacuzzi tubs, 39" flat screen TVs, and private baths with walk-in showers. If you want a place to relax, you'll love the partial wraparound porch. It features a hot tub where you can relax and enjoy the wooded view. This cabin was perfect and exactly as listed. It’s was secluded yet close to everything. It was very clean. I loved the fact they had a professional cleaning service that cleaned the linens and towels. The cabin host was great and answered any questions promptly. We really enjoyed the wild turkey that made a pass through our front yard every morning. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Gatlinburg.

robin nest great experience

Check in process was easy just pull up to there office and they hand you a folder with coupons ect, and all the information you need they are very reponsive If something were to go wrong witch is great location was also nice

Very pleasant and cozy

I will say that most of the blinds desperately need to be replaced, as well as a few window screens. Other than that, we loved it. Very spacious but also cozy—it had a great cabin feel. It was also very clean. The cabin felt fairly secluded, which was what we were looking for. The wide wraparound porch was great to sit out and relax.

The sofa bed had a horribly nasty mattress on it. Also there we no linens for the sofa bed. We used the top sheet off of one of the beds. The hot tub only had a small amount of water and no way to fill it.

Cleanliness

The stair rails needs to be cleaned after every stay they were so dirty (black). The pull out couch needs to be cleaned underneath the mattress. Curtain or extra sheet should be left to cover up the French doors especially at night. On a positive note Parkside had outstanding customer service!!!!!

Stay at Robins Nest property

When we arrived at the property it is a cute home. We found 4-5 dead bugs on one of the upstairs beds. One of the upstairs bathrooms was missing a window shade, thankfully we found it in the closet and got it put up for some privacy. The second day we came home from hiking and found roaches on the kitchen counter. Every day we woke up to roaches coming up out of the kitchen sink. Most of the rooms need to have the blinds replaced.

Love the wildlife, needed the necessities

This location was perfect, IN the woods, but IN a neighborhood. Beautiful! However, there were basic items lacking; silverware was sparse-had 2 or 3 pieces for 7 of us. Meal prep was tough with a non functioning can opener, cookie sheets, or decent knives for cutting. Obviously we made it all work. I'm not a fan of no window coverings but all the cabins were like that. The agency was communicative and answered all my questions ahead of time. I will stay with them again. I now know what i need to have on hand.

Robin's Nest was fantastic!

Rustic, and so relaxing. Close to town, yet out of the way. Very winding road up to the house. We saw bears and evidence of bears, but they never came too close.
