My family and I love everything about Utah, and we're so glad for the opportunity to invite others to our home. The Salt Lake area is full of beautiful mountain resorts, exciting historical sites, and fun attractions.
We have two little boys (a two-year-old and a one-year-old). While we remodeled the basement and took measures to mitigate noise (using resilient channeling and insulation), you may hear them during your stay.

Our recently renovated basement has resilient channeling and lots of insultation in the ceiling to minimize any upstairs noise. With that said, this IS still a basement apartment and while we will strive to be quiet, we do have a two-year-old and one-year-old that you may hear. They sleep from 8:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., so you shouldn't hear them within those times.
This is a two-bedroom apartment with a separate home theater. In one bedroom, you will find a comfortable queen bed with a Casper Select memory foam mattress (brand new, firm and comfortable!). You will be sure to have a restful night with our ultrasoft blankets and bedding.
The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunkbed. While a little tight for adults, the double bed is meant to sleep up to two people.
We have a cot that sleeps a sixth person. If the reservation is made for six people, we will automatically prepare the cot in the living room. If you have fewer than six people, but would like to have the cot set up, please let us know and we will prepare accordingly.

What's unique about us? We have an awesome home theatre with a variety of movies. After a busy day, kick back and relax on our leather reclining chairs while getting a movie theatre experience. (Theatre seats five people)
Best of all? There's no quiet time when you're in the theatre room! Because of the insulated walls and ceiling, you can watch movies (at full volume) anytime without worrying about us upstairs! (If you have friends trying to sleep, you may want to make sure the sound isn't carrying through the door into their rooms)
