Beautifully restored and meticulously refurbished to a new level of vacation convenience. This coastal cottage is a beautiful vacation retreat perched high above Short Sands Beach. Within walking distance to 2 sandy beaches and the Nubble Light house. With 4 BD / 2 Bathroom set up. One bedroom and one bathroom being on the first floor. Spacious wrap-around deck makes it a gem!

Great spot, conveniently located within a stroll to all of the vacationland amenities. Short and Long Sand Beaches, downtown York Beach with all of the quaint shops.
Perfect spot for the entire family as well as getaway in the spring and fall.

Beautiful home, well located with beautiful view, nicely sized for the number of people. The property is close to a fairly active road, but the large porch helps with keeping children in a safe zone.

As pleasant an experience as you can have. Beautiful home, easy walk to both short sands and long sands beaches The town of York is also within walking distance as is the nubble lighthouse. The location is perfect !

Great Spot

We loved our week in this cottage on the Nubble. Three families fit very well and we had everything we needed. The easy, straight shot walk down to Short Sands was the highlight of the location, as well as eating and hanging on the deck with gorgeous water views. Would definitely recommend and return!

Late fall

Spacious and comfortable house in a great location between two beaches and a couple blocks from the lighthouse. Very quiet during the time of year we visited. Several restaurants within walking distance. Owner was quick to respond to requests and immediately fixed a minor issue we had. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

Great house and location

We had an excellent 5 day stay. The family really enjoyed everything. We walked to Short Sands Beach and Ellis Park every day. There were two issues: the listed said “pets allowed” but that changed after we requested the booking; second issue was that one of the twin beds was not useable, seemed tilted or broken somehow so we left it alone and told Jan about it. Otherwise we used all rooms, beds were comfortable, dining and living rooms were great. Having two bathrooms was also a plus, good water pressure etc. We had a lot of fun.

Cute, clean, great location

This was a great location for us with 3 boys. Easy walk to short sands and little downtown area in one direction and lighthouse in the other. Short drive to other beaches and attractions. Houses are very close together so it can get a little noisy but it didn’t bother us. This property does not have a yard but porch is large with lots of seating. We had a couple small issues and Jan, the property manager was very nice and quick to address them. There were a generous amount of cleaning supplies which was appreciated during COVID and communal beach chairs, boogie boards and beach items in the laundry room. We had a great stay.

The location was great... The front door plunger needs repair, the fridge was very dirty, had to wipe it down before putting anything in it and the icemaker was frozen and the freezer side also needed attention. The towel racks were very loose and couldn't be used (came off). The upstairs shower curtain liner had not been cleaned or replaced in a while, had to spray it and let it soak just to make it feel usable. Dust bunnies under beds. Even though we were charged a cleaning fee, we swept and wiped everything down, however we did not do under the beds because it seems no one has done it in quite a while. Maybe you should just ask that people leave the property in the condition it was found? We feel we left it cleaner than we found. Hope this helps for the next person using the property. We appreciate being able to get the property, however I feel someone needs to check who is doing the cleaning/maintenance. When you pay for cleaning services/maintenance, one would expect to find it maintained. It's a nice property but if it isn't maintained, it could get run down quickly. Thank you
