The Space:

From here, you're just steps away from a myriad of attractions, with downtown Telluride reachable in as little as 10 minutes via the complimentary Gondola. Embrace true ski-in-ski-out convenience with our ski valet service, ensuring a seamless experience on the slopes.



This one bedroom privately owned residence is 855 sqft and is equipped with 3 separate beds: 1 king bed/1 twin sleeper sofa in bedroom and 1 queen sized memory foam pullout couch bed in the living room.



Guest Access:

Guests of our residence enjoy full access to the hotel’s exclusive amenities, including the day spa, salon, rooftop terrace with heated pool and hot tubs, steam rooms, and daily mountain wellness classes. Families will appreciate the complimentary kids club offering free babysitting, while everyone can unwind at the Timber Room Bar and Lounge or enjoy the convenience of room service.



The Neighborhood:

This privately owned residence is located in the Mountain Village core at the Forbes 5 star rated Hotel.



Getting Around:

You will be able to park in the underground parking garage or valet. Parking is $50/night in garage or valet is $60/night.

- You can ride the FREE Gondola into downtown Telluride in ~10mins or ride the other free Gondola straight to the grocery store!

- Once at the hotel, you shouldn’t need your car! You can walk out the front door and be in the center of everything. Ski out the back door!



Other Things to Note:

Please note the following Housekeeping Services are an additional charge per guest request:

- Daily housekeeping $88/occurrence (optional)

- Nightly turn-down service $67/night (optional)

- Toiletry and linen replenishment $52/occurrence (optional)

- Make up sofa bed $50 (optional)

- Last minute requests for sofa bed linens $50, free if schedule ahead of time



Arrival Form:

** Housekeeping requires 24 hour notice to setup housekeeping to your residence.** I will assist you with communicating your preferences to the hotel - please fill out our Arrival form link sent to you when you book.



Parking :

$50/day in the garage or $60/day with valet

*rates for self-park and valet services are subject to change per the town or the hotel and self-park can vary during festival dates* Rates are current as of 10/1/2025.



Resort Fee:

- A $50/day resort fee is added into our nightly price and we pass this along to the hotel for you.



Concierge Service:

- The hotel is not providing concierge services to residential guests. If you require assistance please reach out to us. This includes shuttle services to and from the airport.



Baby Equipment:

- We provide a Pack and Play in our unit free of charge. The hotel does not offer full sized cribs to our unit. Any additional baby supplies must be brought with or rented.



- There are CCTV monitoring cameras in all common areas of the hotel as well as the entry way to our unit.



- Rollaway beds are no longer offered to private residences but we offer a twin size pullout sofa bed in the bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room.



Interaction with Guests:

The hotel's reception desk should be able to accommodate any needs you may have during your stay. They can also handle any maintenance requests, but please send us a note and let us know what was repaired.
