The Space:
Welcome to our brand new guest suite, the Sheridan Suite, completed in July of 2021. This two-bed, one-bath unit offers a private entrance and patio, perfect for enjoying the stunning Colorado evenings around the fire pit. With stainless steel appliances and individually controlled heating and cooling for each room, the Sheridan Suite ensures unparalleled comfort for your visit to Colorado Springs.

Relax in the living room with a 55” Roku Smart TV equipped with built-in Wi-Fi, allowing you to stream your favorite shows just like at home! Additionally, there's a queen-sized pull-out sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress for additional sleeping space.

The bathroom boasts a stand-up tile shower and quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Complimentary hand soap, lotion, feminine products, and makeup removal wipes are also provided, along with a hairdryer, first aid kit, cotton swabs, and extra toilet paper.

Conveniently located in the closet, the laundry room features a new washer and dryer set, iron with ironing board, and fresh washing detergent.

🔑 You have access to the entire, brand new guest suite addition. Our home is set up like a side-by-side duplex with no access between our house and the new Sheridan guest suite! Enjoy the private patio and private off street parking too!
🚪 Alley Access: Please note that the entrance to this property is located off an alley. While the alley provides privacy and ease of access, we recommend reviewing your check-in instructions carefully to locate the entrance without any hassle.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏡 Duplex Setup: Our house is set up like a duplex, and there is no connection between the two homes. You have a private entrance and off-street parking staying with us in the Sheridan Suite.
✅ City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being canceled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city: A-STRP-26-0584

Good and fast communication from host. House was very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood near many local attractions. House is well taken care of. The place is beautiful! Be mindful of the damage deposit and pet fee that is not included until after checkout.
