***My reviews across all my properties support that my #1 goal is delivering an awesome beach vacation for my guests. This starts with a sparkling clean condo and fast, excellent customer service. If you need anything at all, or if something is not right, I am quick to respond! I’ve tried to think of everything that my family and my guests would want in a beach rental. *This property is located in Holiday Isle, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Holiday Isle has 2+ miles of paved walking and biking trails and is surrounded by quiet neighborhoods with easy access to a plethora of dining, shopping, and activity options, including the Destin Harbor Boardwalk and Destin Commons.

*Holiday Surf & Racquet Club has a heated pool (if the pool temperature falls below 80 degrees, the heater turns on), 2 lighted, recently resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts, BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, gated entry, pool table, exercise rooms, saunas, and 300' of private beach access that is steps away from the condo. In addition, beach service is provided for $45/day, but we provide all the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, towels, toys) that you would need in the condo!

*This 2BR/2BA condo is on the 4th floor and is recently remodeled with an updated kitchen, new furniture, tile flooring throughout, an in unit washer and dryer, and rustic, beachy décor. It features a fully stocked, remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining space with seating for 6. The living room features Gulf views, a brand new leather Queen sleeper sofa and leather chairs around a 58" Smart TV with cable & a Sega Game Console for all your streaming needs. From the living room, step onto the private balcony that offers sensational views of the Gulf, pool, and tennis courts. Soak in the Gulf views while watching the kids play in the pool below! The master bedroom also has balcony access and features Gulf views, a King bed, TV w/ cable, private bathroom with updated vanity and tiled shower/tub combo, and closet. Down the hall, the guest room has one Queen bed + 1 Twin Bed, Smart TV w/ cable, private bathroom, and closet.

Between the quiet neighborhood, all the property amenities, the beautiful private beach, and the Gulf views from this remodeled condo, this is the perfect place for your beach vacation!

FREE LOCAL SHUTTLE SERVICE:
>Destin Harbor Haulers is a local company that transports people around the area on 6-8 seater golf carts. It's a free service, but I am sure they appreciate tips! You can learn more by searching for them online!

• Plenty of dryer sheets

For EACH bedrooms and bathroom:
• High quality bedding that is washed and dried at high temperatures
• 4 pillows
• Extra blanket
• 4 bath towels, multiple hand and wash towels
• One travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion, toothpaste, mouth wash, amenity kit
• 3 rolls of toilet paper
• Hair dryer

For beach gear:
• 4 folding, backpack beach chairs
• 6 beach towels
• A few beach toys
• 7 foot umbrella
• Small beach bag
