Charming two-story cottage only blocks to downtown South Haven and Lake Michigan! South Haven is known for its beautiful sandy beaches, clear blue water, and stunning sunsets, so don't forget your swimsuit! Enjoy a breezy walk to town or to the farmers market. Welcome the day with coffee on the spacious front porch. After a day at the beach enjoy a private, fenced backyard. Bonfire anyone? The cottage is stocked with everything you will need for a relaxing getaway with friends or family!

Inside, the home is beautifully decorated creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable plush king bed, while the second bedroom offers a full/twin bunk bed. The half-bath is conveniently located upstairs near both bedrooms. The living room is a cozy place to unwind with a hide-a-bed in the couch for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for cooking during your stay. Outside, the backyard is a wonderful oasis, complete with a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. The fenced-in backyard provides privacy and security, making it great for families with young children and pets. Beach equipment is also available in the laundry room. We provide towels, chairs, some toys, and a cooler so you can make the most of your time on the nearby beaches!

Guests will be able to access the house anytime after check-in with a generated door code. We are dog-friendly, please no cats. We do require a $75 per stay fee (max 2 pets.) You are welcome to include your dog(s) in the booking or we can send a separate invoice. If you choose to bring your pet please remember to keep them in the designated areas outside and clean up after them!

A perfect weekend!

The property is very clean and comfortable. We are a family of four with a pet, and the space was amazing. The fence yard is a plus! The location is very convenient, walking distance to Downtown and close to grocery shopping. Everything is as shown in pictures. Sara is an amazing host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with! We had a perfect and relaxed weekend!

The house is on a great location. It is a quiet neighborhood with short drives to the beaches and downtown South Haven. It really met our needs because it is dog friendly with a fenced yard.

Property was in a decent location but not as close to things as I would've liked. The house is very old and the floors have subtle little step downs and are not level by any means. The water pressure in the kitchen and main floor bathroom {which is where the shower is located} is simply terrible. The TV service sucked.

Cute and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The owners were accommodating with our dogs, and we loved having a fenced in yard for them. The place was very clean, and had everything we needed. Check in was super easy, and there were no issues at all. My boys LOVED having bunk beds, and, in fact, asked if we could just "move into this house". :) Thank you so much for a great stay! If I could improve anything at all, it would be that I brought our Roku with us to watch on the television in the living room, but it appears someone had busted the HDMI port out of the tv. Minor detail, for sure, as everything else was perfect! The back porch with the fire pit was a perfect spot as well. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here!

Very nice and clean!

We brought our labs to visit the beach and they loved it. They also loved the fenced in back yard. The house was very clean inside and they provided everything for a visit to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful cottage.

We had a lovely time staying in this cottage during the Easter break in April 2023 despite the cold and rainy weather the first few days. The house is exactly as described: it is very comfortable, extremely clean, well-equipped, and the location is perfect. Also, communication with the owners was very easy. I hope to be back one day.

Awesome fenced in backyard

The house was super clean and had everything you could need. The backyard was awesome. The backyard was the main reason I chose this house. I do wish the front door, kitchen window and top 1/2 of the bathroom window had blinds for more privacy. Being that I was there alone I would have felt a bit more safe.

South Haven haven

House was clean, nice fenced in backyard and close to town and Lake Michigan. Wineries and trails close by. Hosts gave all necessary information and were non intrusive. I would stay there again.

Wonderful stay - cute house

Super clean and had everything we needed. Nice decor and comfortable beds. Excellent communication with the host! The beach chairs and beach towels were a nice bonus. House is about a 5 minute drive to South Beach or a 15-20 minute walk into town if you prefer to walk. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again.
