Completed 2020 Uncork and Unwine Retreat is sure to bring you the relaxation you are looking for and yet doesn't keep you from the luxury you desire.Vaulted ceilings adorn this cabin.From upstairs the game room features a pool table,TV ,pub table,and dart board.Two master suites include walk in showers and upstairs has garden tub.Thomas Edison lighting,over sized rocking chairs,hot tub on covered private back patio.Sleeps 6 with pull out couch.Fire pit .Outside surveillance cameras on Property.

1)What are the bed types?
This cabin has 2 King sized beds and a pullout couch.

2) What type of coffee maker is in the cabin?
Keurig AND Regular Brew Coffee Maker and we ask you bring coffee.

3) Is it a charcoal grill or propane?
Charcoal grill and we ask you bring charcoal just in case.

4) How many guests can fit in the hot tub?
Hot tub seats 4 (See below for HotTub policy)

5) Are pets allowed?

NO PETS are allowed at this cabin.
Property has outside surveillance, therefore, if a pet is seen, it will result in you being asked to leave with no refund.

Also no smoking inside of property or on outside deck - please discard any cigarette butts !

HOT TUB
1) Hot Tubs are drained and cleaned prior to each arrival and chemicals are added.
2) These cups of chlorine are provided for each night of your stay after the first night. Just empty into the tub and turn on the jets for a couple of minutes to circulate before you get in.
3) Please check the hot tub upon arrival and report any problems you may see.
4) The ONLY buttons you need to push are the Jets and possibly the lights button.
5) DO NOT put any bubbles, oils, etc in the hot tub.

We give you a starter pack of toilet paper / paper towels and pods any more you need you will need to provide CHECK IN IS AFTER 3:00PM. CHECK OUT TIME IS BEFORE 11:00 AM
IF THE PROPERTY IS PET FRIENDLY AND YOU HAVE BROUGHT YOUR PET PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE PAID THE PET STAY IN THE RESERVATION PORTAL . And pets are crated when leaving alone on property . No more than 2 pets per stay weight limit 75 pounds. Pet stays are 75.00 each per stay
NO SMOKING ON INSIDE OF CABIN OR DECK – IF SMOKING OUTSIDE PLEASE PUT BUTTS AND ASHES IN TRASH.

All PROPERTIES HAVE A CERTAIN MAX ON ALLOWED GUEST TO STAY-ANY EXCESS NUMBER OF ALLOWED GUEST THEN ALL PARTIES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND GIVEN NO REFUND OF STAY
ALL GUESTS ON THE PREMISES AGREE TO ALL OF THE GUEST POLICES POSTED ON PROPERTY AND OR CONFIRMATION EMAIL
LEAVE FREEZER AND FRIDGE SETTINGS UPON ARRIVAL. IT MAY TAKE SEVERAL HOURS FOR IT TO COOL DOWN ONCE BEING LOADED
IF PROPERTY HAS A HOTUB –FYI THE HOTTUB WAS DRAINED AND SANITIZED AFTER THE LAST GUEST THAT LEFT – PLEASE UNDERSTAND IT TAKES SEVERAL HOURS FOR THE WATER TO HEAT UP! PLEASE CHECK HOTTUB FACE PANEL TO ENSURE TEMP IS SET AT 99 DEGREES OR ABOVE.ANY VOMIT OR FECES OR EXCESS DIRT OR DAMAGE FOUND AFTER YOUR CHECKOUT WILL RESULT IN LOSING DEPOSIT AND COULD EXCEED IN FILING A CLAIM- ALSO PER DAY ADD THE CHLORINE TO THE TUB TO HELP WITH DAILY CLEANING
ON FIREPLACE IF NOT WORKING TURN DIAL TO PILOT-KEEP IT PUSHED IT FOR OVER A MINUTE-USE A LIGHTER WAND TO LIGHT THE PILOT-ONCE LIT STILL KEEP PUSHED IN THE PILOT FOR ANOTHER 30 SECONDS THE TURN KNOB OVER TO ON-IF PROPERTY HAS A PUSH BUTTON TURN ON THE WALL YOU MAY PUSH NOW – IF NOT TURN THE CAME PILOT KNOB OVER TO ON ,THIS SHOULD LIGHT IT. NO FIREPLACES WILL BE LIT FROM APRIL THROUGH SEPT.ANYSORT OF DAMAGE OR THEFT IN PROPERTY WILL RESULT HOLDING SECURITY DEPOSIT AND FILING DAMAGE CLAIM WIFI INSTRUCTIONS WERE GIVING TO YOU AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WHEN YOU BOOKED .ALL PROPERTIES ARE PRIVATLEY OWNED SO RESPECT THE PROPERTY AS YOUR OWN, AND KEEP IN MIND YOUR NEIGHBORS ARE TRYING TO ENJOY THE QUIET TIME AS WELL.
