Perfect for a getaway weekend with my husband. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Minutes from the water. Easy drive to nearby small towns along the water which we visited in one day. Condo was clean and completely updated. It even had a fan for those of us who need one to sleep well. Communication with host was immediate, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend.

Good location…close enough to shops. The room was very nice and clean! Extra towel options would be nice. There were “thumping” noises during our stay Friday evening into Saturday morning that made sleeping difficult.

Spouse getaway to TC!

This was a great home base in downtown TC for my wife and I to explore all the area has to offer. Quick 30 min drive to the Old Mission peninsula wineries, or west to Empire beach and Sleeping Bear Dunes, or all the way north to the Light House.The location is above a couple shops but noise was no problem and parking was fine out in front of the Auto shop. Could easily walk down to several coffee shops and restaurants.We also took a short bike ride to Boardman Lake for kayak rental and scenic bike trail.

Such a beautiful apartment. Very clean and open and had everything I needed for my stay. Was within walking distance of the beach and the brewery. The apartment sits above a kayak and bike business and if you’re looking to sleep in this isnt for you— it was noisy below around 7:30am each day. I wasn’t looking to sleep in so it was fine. Communication with host was great- laundry was easy to access. Overall a very cool space and I’d stay again.

An amazing place to stay!

We visited TC for four days and could not possibly have loved our stay more than we did! The apartment was spotless, updated, and cozy. The location is excellent — we walked downtown most days and could easily get to the beach. We spent an hour or so just looking at the water from a beach swing that took maybe 3 minutes to walk to. We also made our way through the breweries in town, the farthest was a little over a mile but it was a super easy walk. It was also a relatively easy drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes (about 49 mins). Overall this was a wonderful home base for our adventures.

This place was so great and conveniently located walking distance to downtown. It was extremely clean and well maintained. Honestly the place felt like it was brand new. I appreciated that there was a ceiling fan and AC that both worked well and kept us cool at night. I cant sleep when I’m hot so this was great. I definitely hope we get to stay here again in the future.

Weekend Getaway

Our stay in Traverse City was amazing! The apartment was clean and absolutely beautiful! The location was perfect, you are right in the heart of downtown, walk to everything! But you can also jump in the car to explore everything northern Michigan has to offer. We enjoyed a hike in Sleeping Bear dunes and also visited Suttons Bay. Definitely stay here! It was perfect for the two of us!

Cutest little place on Front St

My wife and I stayed for our anniversary. Couldn't have asked for a cuter place or better location. The room was very clean and the vaulted ceilings makes the room live much larger than its already roomy square footage. We loved having the kitchen and living space... and the complimentary bottle of whiskey was a very nice touch. We walked to the local restaurants and shops and spent an afternoon walking through the nearby neighborhoods to look at real estate to imagine what it might be like to live and work in Traverse full-time. Vacation in Traverse City

The apt is very cute & in a good location. The rental company was great communicating with me. They promptly answered all my questions. As stated in the description the apt. is above a busy that rents kayaks & is a small restaurant. They are open at 9:00am. If you are someone that sleeps in you might not want to stay at this location. They start the music as soon as they open & the noise from the kitchen comes straight upstairs. You can hear the pots & pans banging. We had one day where it rained & we just wanted to stay in & nap & relax. It was not possible to do that. Again if you are not one to sleep in this is probably not relevant. The walls are very thin. We had a Bachelorette party going on next to us in apt 2. We ended up getting earplugs and using them for a couple of nights. Again if you are not a light sleeper this won’t be an issue for you. The parking can be challenging you have to park on the street over. Once we found a spot we walked to everything to avoid moving our car & trying to find a spot again. The apt was very clean but could use a deep clean in the shower.
