Good location for our visit with family. The house was just as described. Great view. Thank you for the great communication and for replacing the gas grill so quickly so we could have our family cookout.

Easy check in. House was clean and neighborhood was quiet. It is conveniently located close enough to the city to make a quick run to the store of needed. There are plenty of beds and they were all very comfortable!!

Great stay again this year.

Had a great stay, just too short. Have already booked time next year. Jessica is always very responsive. The place is well kept and always clean. Love to set on the porch in the evenings.

Bay city fire works

It was the perfect location to enjoy Bay City. Line dancing, great food, wonderful biking. And sunrise was amazing.

NPFL bass tournament with family

Property was perfect for myself and my family. Location was great because it wasn’t to busy, but within a few minutes of plenty of nice restaurants so we didn’t have a long drive once I got off the water. Will definitely stay again when we’re in town.

Great Location and view

House was clean, spacious, and well stocked. Communication with the host was great, and being so close to the water was awesome. We were in town for a fishing tournament and had plenty of parking for two boats. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect weekend getaway

We really enjoyed this trip. The house was exactly as advertised. Basically right on the beach. The kids enjoyed the sand and the house is in close proximity to everything you might need. The house was very good sized considering the price being on the lower end of stays in the area. Very relaxing getaway

Great Getaway

Everything was just as the pictures showed. It was fun to sit on the beach and watch the sun set and listen to the water. Close to town and great area restaurants. Jessica was great in responding when we had a minor issue.

Relaxing

Had a great couple weeks. Very relaxing on the back porch with a great view of the bay. Initial access was easy and owner was very responsive. Hope to be back next year.

Awesome stay

Our stay was awesome. It was exactly as described. House was neat and kept and clean. A great getaway for the weekend. If there was any complaint it would be that the mattresses in the rooms were pretty uncomfortable. Did not ruin our stay though. Again it was an awesome stay. Thanks again.

Great Stay at Bay City

The property was exceptionally clean and spacious. Plenty of room for your luggage and personal items. Two bathroom's would have been nice but the bathroom was large so that certainly helped. Lots of hooks for towels etc. Would recommend fixing the center panels on the blind in the upstairs bedroom - that was the only thing and I’m sure she’s probably already fixed it. Jessica was great and very accommodating. We were glad the beach wasn’t the focus of our trip - nice to view but not great for walks or swimming in my opinion. Lots of bike and hiking trails in the area. The location is great. I would definitely stay here again. To sum it up - If you're looking for a beach and swimming this probably isn’t the best. However if you’re looking to enjoy Bay City, Frankenmuth, the shopping outlets, coffee shops, dining etc. this is a great rental!
