Beautifully Renovated 3 bedroom Elmwood Village Apt

Welcome to this recently renovated, historic first-floor apartment on one of the most walkable streets in the Elmwood Village. It’s one of America's 10 Best Neighborhoods, as designated by the American Planning Association.

We are centrally located and less than a half block away from Chapin Parkway and Elmwood Avenue with numerous coffee shops, restaurants/bars and shopping just steps away. The new AKG Art Gallery, Burchfield Penney Art Galley and Buffalo State College are also walkable. We are also a short drive away from Canal Side, downtown Buffalo, Allentown, Larkinville, Key Bank Center and a 25 minute drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and Niagara Falls.

Living room: Spacious layout with ample seating, a 55 in Smart TV and 477 Mbps WiFi.

Dining room: Plenty of space for entertaining and a dining table to seat 4 guests, and a portable AC unit.

Kitchen: Full kitchen including gas stove, oven, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. A Keurig, toaster, cups, plates, cutlery, and wine glasses/wine opener are also available. There are enough pots and pans and utensils to cook small meals.

(3) Bedrooms: Nicely sized bedrooms and two have comfortable queen mattresses. The third bedroom has a full size bed. Two of the bedrooms have work desks, one with a charging station. Extra pillows, a comforter, and a fan are in each bedroom closet. Each bedroom has a window AC unit.

Bathroom: Beautifully tiled shower/bathtub with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, fluffy towels and wash cloths.

Front porch: VRBO guests can use furniture on the front porch. There are additional patio chairs located in the first bedroom closet. VRBO hosts/owners use the front porch to access their unit as well. There can be no loud noise/music on the porch at any time and quiet hours are 9pm-9am.

Please do not park in the driveway, only street parking is available. There are 7 steps leading up to the front porch, but none in the apartment. There is a Ring camera located at the front door, but no interior cameras.

Schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt

Wann kommt in ein schön renoviertes altes Stadthaus in ruhiger Nachbarschaft. Parkplatz finden war kein Problem. Problemlose Ablauf angenehmer und rund um entspannter Aufenthalt.

Great spot for our trip to Buffalo! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Comfortable and spacious flat in a great location. Very quiet street with beautiful old homes, and walking distance to Elmwood Ave. Perfect for our weeklong stay, and close to all the places we wanted to be - Delaware Park, Allentown, North Buffalo, and more.

Perfect location

This is a charming old house in a great neighborhood. We were in walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a bakery. The kitchen was modern and stocked with everything you could need. The coffee was a nice touch. The beds were fairly comfortable although really low. The living room furniture was a little uncomfortable and that’s unfortunate, because our kids had to sleep on them because it was so hot in the back bedrooms. It was unseasonably hot during our stay and the small portable air conditioning just could not keep up. It was 80 degrees in the house at night even with fans and the little ac unit. Unfortunately the host did not have any additional fans available when we contacted them. The front porch with the fabulous wicker chairs was this spots saving grace. It was the only cool spot to escape to and we loved people watching. It’s such a great and friendly neighborhood.

This place was exactly as described in the listing: clean, well-kept, in a quiet and very cute neighborhood. My only complaint is that we had to pay an extra non-refundable 90 for "damage insurance" on top of the other service fees.

College Visit

I usually stay by the airport since there aren't any hotel options near Elmwood. I decided to look on VRBO and landed here. A little more expensive than a hotel but so much more convient. The communication with Alex was great and instructions were very clear. The house was clean and very comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of towels, the kitchen was well supplied and complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Probably could have used a few more blankets. I would definitely stay there again. house was clean

Excelent Oasis

A great getaway location, on a beautiful road. We loved our stay here. We were able to easily walk to local pubs, restaurants and coffee. The neighbourhood was breath taking with the fall colours and we felt very safe. Our apartment was spacious, tidy and was just as advertised. Highly recommend!!

Elmwood Perfection

Nice place on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. Easy walk to great restaurants, coffee shops and parks. The house is spacious and comfortable with a great kitchen and a proper shower (not the hazardous stand-alone tub with the 360 degree curtain common to this area) and the host was wonderful. We were in Buffalo during a pretty hot stretch for that time of year but the a/c kept the space cool and comfortable. This will definitely be my go-to place for future visits to Buffalo!

Buffalo Wedding Weekend

The location of the property was perfect. We have a large family and all were renting homes in the Elmwood Village area. We were very close to my neice who was getting married. My three daughers were all in the wedding party, so that proximity was important. The beds were comfortable (Even the futon!!) and the cleanliness of the home was impeccable! We would definitely come back and rent this home again in the future

Our Stay in Elmwood Village

Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable temperature. Enjoyed the porch. Beds were a bit low for older people like my wife and I, and the mattresses could be firmer. Very convenient location for museums, restaurants and for visiting with family and friends.
