Come and escape to a cozy space full of personality, space, privacy and beautiful scenery. A gem in the heart of Iola, Wisconsin. Absolutely great getaway location for families, couples, business men and women that want to unwind. The home is located on a dead end street so there is minimal traffic. It is truly peaceful and the beautiful surrounding woods will take your breath away. The house boasts 3 fire places from electric, to wood burning. It is truly a piece of heaven awaiting for guests to enjoy. Nice hilly area around the property for fun all year around. Streets are ATV routes and can be accessed with ATV/UTV/Snow Mobile. Public lake access within 10 minutes for all your boating and fishing. Adventures from use of the public hunting/fishing area, to hitting the irons on the Glacier Wood Golf Course, or spending time relaxing, there is something for all. Treat yourself by admiring the peacefulness. Whether its enjoying outdoor toys or cooking up marshmallows around the fire pit, the options are endless. This three story home boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main level holds two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The great room is complete with a massive stone fireplace, flat screen TV and wireless internet access. The kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, state of the art stainless steal appliances and an island for entertainment or dining. The upper level holds the master bedroom and a bathroom. Was a wonderful getaway with my family. Plenty of space for everyone, indoor and out. We especially loved the lower level game room, lots of fun for all ages. The deck was a nice gathering spot, we saw a mama turkey and her babies. Was nice to be able to prepare meals together without getting in eachothers way.There is a no shoes in the house policy, I would suggest bringing some comfy slippers as most of the house is tile.

Our families 3rd year in a row at this Waupaca treat. We stay during the holidays. The huge front windows provide a gorgeous view of the Wisconsin woodlands. The open concept makes this home idea for family gatherings centered around a big meal watching the big game.

Nice place for a family getaway

We had our son, daughter and their significant others on a week family vacation. The house was very nice and had enough room for the six of us (and my brother and his daughter when they came to visit our daughter who was traveling from Pennsylvania). We had a couple of problems with some things, but the owners were very responsive. We played golf at the area golf courses, cooked out on the grill and played cards on the deck and around the dining room table. The house has everything you need as described in the listing. Very peaceful as the house is on a dead end road. Would recommend to family and friends. The stairs in the house are a little awkward, but didn't really give us any problems. Thanks for letting us stay at your home, we had a great time!!!

Lots of room to roam

This was our second time staying at this property. The owners are responsible. The property is convenient for parking but what really separates this property from its competition is its sheer size. This place is HUGE. The master bedroom is huge. The master bathroom is huge. The living area and dining areas are huge. The downstairs / bar/gaming area is huge. It is very easy for a large group to settle into this property. Space is plentiful for all your needs. Enjoy our stay once more.

Wisconsin Getaway

This home is a perfect getaway for any group. The cabin itself has everything you would need to be comfortable including WiFi, full kitchen with any utensils you’d need and TVs that can stream anything you’d want to watch. It’s also very private. Great value as well. Would go back if ever in the area again.

Wonderful spot

The house was clean, spacious, and modern. Beds were comfortable and plenty of them if you bring family or friends. Property in the picture looks bigger than it really is but still a nice size. Would definitely go back again if in the area. Worth the money for sure.

Comfortable place to stay. Description was accurate. Could use a bathroom downstairs but other than that, A-OK! Communication w/the host was great. Maybe a 10 minute drive into Iola for the IGA, cafe, bar.

Beautiful Wooded Retreat

We booked this home to celebrate our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. It was everything we were looking for and more! The property is secluded and has a beautiful yard! We enjoyed sitting on the deck to enjoy the beauty of the treeline during the day and sitting around the campfire at night. We had no issues with bugs or mosquitoes. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to make our meals. We only left once to go out for a Fish Fry. I highly recommend the Thirsty Perch in Iola. Amazing food and service. The prices were so reasonable with good portions of food. We took the bikes out for a short ride and saw some deer. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. I would most definitely book this property again without hesitation. The owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating! Could not be happier with our stay! Jen
