Neu renoviertes modernes Haus mit der besten Aussicht in ganz Brigantine. Die modernisierte Küche verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, eine Quarzarbeitsplatte, ein Induktionskochfeld und ein Getränkezentrum. Das offene Wohnzimmer verfügt über 4 große Glasschiebetüren, von denen jede eine atemberaubende Aussicht bietet. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist eine eigene Suite mit Vollbad und Terrasse. Dies ist das letzte Anwesen am Strand der Ocean Ave. Es bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf den gesamten Strand, die Atlantic City-Promenade und die Skyline des Casinos. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein privates Deck im dritten Stock und eine große begehbare Dusche, beide mit unglaublichem Blick auf den Strand.

Our stay at Belle Vista in October went perfectly. The house is magnificent, and the location couldn't be better. It has very easy access to the beach and is central to some top-quality birding locations. the Island is very peaceful in late October, but enough restaurants remained opened to provide good choices. Of all the homes I've rented through VRBO, Jen the owner was the best (so far!).

Beautiful House and Amazing Location

This may have been the best rental house we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean and the pictures do not do it justice. It is beautiful and has everything you could need. There is beach access right beside the house. The location could not be better! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would love to come back. Jennifer was the most attentive host and answered any questions we had almost immediately. You will not regret staying here.

Love this beach home!!!!

The Sealoft was everything that was advertised and more!! The house was very well stocked with everything you would ever need from cards to birthday candles. The ocean view was breathtaking, which was thru out the house including the shower window in the master bedroom. Loved the kitchen, very open and very easy to prepare meals. Would recommend this highly!! The owners Tom & Jennifer were very accommodating.

Best View in Brigantine!

This outstanding property is at the end of a quiet street with a nearly 180 degree unobstructed view of the beach. You get a great sense of privacy when out on either the top or bottom level deck due to the placement of the house and the natural surroundings. The deck furnishings are clean and high quality. The kitchen appliances are all top notch and the dishes, glassware and cookware are all plentiful, matching (!) and first rate. The owner has also provided extras you rarely, if ever, see in vacation rentals like a spice rack, condiments and even kitchen trash bags. We especially appreciated the Tommy Bahama beach chairs (there’s a chair provided for the max rental number!) as well as a beach umbrella and even a beach table! If you like cool technology touches, you’ll find that here too in the interior lighting, phone chargers and the electric fireplace. There’s also comfortable seating in the main living area as well as each bedroom. Equally important, the owners are very responsive and accommodating, and the house is clean and well maintained. In summary, we’ve rented a lot of beach houses in the last 30+ years, and this is by far the best!

Great open floor plan for families

My wife and I stayed in December 2021 and wanted to host a few covid-safe family gatherings. Jen's place was the perfect location. Large open floor plan on the second floor but plenty of private sitting areas for private conversations. All 3 bedrooms have their own private bath, which made it easy for some family members to stay the night. Jen was a terrific host, was accessible by text with quick and helpful responses. We appreciated her adjusting her schedule so we could add one extra day to our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and only a few blocks from Acme Markets which has everything you need without having to leave the island to shop. A great home, a great host, a great neighborhood. We'd love to stay again.

Perfect in every way

Beautiful beach house!

Our family had a fantastic time at this wonderful beach house! The house was absolutely beautiful, as were the views of the ocean and Atlantic City skyline. The master bedroom deck was a perfect spot for watching the sun rise, and the second floor was filled with windows which provided great views and tons of sunlight. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean, there were lots of games to play, and the beach chairs and beach toys were perfect for some fun on the beach. Jen is a very gracious host who genuinely wants her guests to enjoy their stay. We would love to visit again sometime!

Perfect getaway!

Since we couldn't do a big Thanksgiving gathering this year, we decided to get away as a family and celebrate Thanksgiving at the beach. This house was everything we needed and more! The kitchen is large and fully stocked with cookware, serving dishes, tupperware, etc. It's easily the cleanest & most well-equipped kitchen I've ever had in a vacation rental. But the biggest difference between this and any other vacation rental is the host, Jen. She really goes above and beyond. For example, Jen knew we were planning to prepare a Thanksgiving meal at the house, so she sent photos of the contents of the kitchen drawers and cabinets ahead of time so we knew exactly what we could expect to have. It made it so easy to plan and avoid over-packing (for once!) At one point, I asked if the house had martini glasses and Jen told us it didn't (which was no big deal - it was a random question from my mom). But then during our stay, Jen dropped off some new martini glasses for the house. It was so thoughtful and just very clear that guest comfort is the top priority. Between the incredible host, the beautiful views, and being able to walk right onto the beach, we were able to truly relax and enjoy our time away. We would absolutely stay here again.

Well-appointed house with great location

My family and another family friends stayed here and we had a great time. The house is well-appointed with modern technology that made it very easy to settle in and relax. Of course the location and views of the ocean speak for themselves. The only minor issue was the upstairs air conditioner not working (it had apparently been damaged by a recent electrical storm) which made it hard to maintain cool temps upstairs without making the downstairs too cold. But it wasn't a big problem thankfully. Overall a great stay and we hope to come back in the future.

Excellent stay!

Excellent property and owners were great to work with. It’s very well equipped. It was a bit further walk to the beach than I was expecting; partly because the tide goes a long way, so low tide is good ways from the start of the beach. Panoramic views from the house and especially deck still feel like you’re right on the beach.
