Another great week of vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our third time staying at this house, and a great time. House was clean, had everything we needed except a griddle. Perfect spot on the lake, for swimming and easy to boat to places on the lake! Great to have the pool table for the kids and even games to play. The new refrigerator downstairs was great!

Summer 25

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The family had a wonderful week, this house is in a perfect location on the lake. We rented last year too. The house is starting to really need some work, the slope in the living room was too much for the elderly people. The bathroom knob upstairs is very tricky to open. The people before us left the grill a mess and we spend an hour scraping it. Otherwise it is fantastic, the dock is huge and the kids had a blast fishing and caught some small mouth bass.

Great Location

Our week in Meredith was most enjoyable. We rent a pontoon boat for the week so having the Marina right near the rental property was ideal. This lake house has plenty of sleeping space (5 bedrooms) and accommodated our group of 11. The kitchen is very small but it was sufficient as long as there were only 2 in the area. I would like to mention that there was some mildew smell to the lower level (a dehumidifier would be ideal); This could be attributed to such a rainy summer. More comfortable seating is needed in the lower level where the TV area is located. We had to use our beach chairs to accommodate everyone when trying to have a movie night. The deck is the best part of this property. Our party spent a great portion of each day enjoying this as well as being on the water every day with the boat. Some comfortable seating with maybe a gas fire table would have been a nice addition. I would recommend the dock be refinished; the stain/paint is peeling and sticks to your feet/shoes.

Great location with some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is located perfect day for us. So close to Meredith. Easy to get anywhere on the lake. The dock and outdoor area iare lovely. The five bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Those are all the good points of the house. On the downside, there isn’t a comfortable chair in the place. We all complain that was sitting on any of the chairs or sofas. There seems to be some kind of major foundation or building issue, and the top two floors slant dramatically down toward the lake. It took two days for our kids to be able to get used to walking through the home. And the fact that there is no key box is more of an inconvenience than we thought it would be. It added 45 minutes to our trip home to have to drive all the way to Center Harbor to return the keys.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have vacationed at Winnipesaukee for 34 years and stayed at numerouse different places. If you have a boat and want to be near most of the fun places on the lake this is as good as it gets.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location!! Close to Weirs beach and nice restaurants. Downstairs worked out great for hanging out, and grandparents could sleep upstairs. A tv on main level would have been nice, but we were on lake enjoying the weather everyday so not a big deal. Made great memories perfect week.

Great vacation spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice spot in Meredith with a u-shaped dock for our boat and a great deck off the basement with plenty of seating for 12. Stairs into the water - last step was pretty deep but a ladder also to get into the water at the shallow end. Sandy bottom and it gradually gets deeper. You do have to back up your boat and trailer to the house as there is no place to turn around. Kitchen and bathroom on the first floor small. Yes the floor has a slant to it but you get use to it. Could use a couple more comfortable chairs on the first floor(only had one). Pool table was great and it was a good neighborhood to walk in. We had a great week!

Great Property, need to focus on cleaning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall experience was great. Fantastic location, boat access was very convenient. The only issue was the cleanliness of the property. We spent time cleaning the windows, vacuuming, removing the spider webs in the corners, etc. I would recommend this property due to the location & boat access.
