Enjoy your private guest suite on a quiet cul-de-sac in the beautiful, central, highly desirable neighborhood of Arden in Sacramento.

We LOVE our city & can't wait to make your Sacramento stay as comfortable & enjoyable as possible.

The space:
Welcome to your home away from home! Whether you are coming to town for a business trip, visiting family, or just need a change of scenery, our cozy & stylish guest suite is perfect for one or two people to relax and unwind.

Upon your arrival, you will park right in front of our property and then walk down the lit, foliage-lined path, through a gated patio, and into the private entrance of your suite.

Relax and enjoy your favorite show in the living area from your preferred streaming service. We provide the 42-inch TV and cozy seating; you provide the streaming service login credentials! You can stream Netflix, Hulu, PrimeVideo, or YouTube or other apps with your existing login information. Or sit at the table or pull out couch with your laptop and enjoy our Wifi, or grab a book or game from our bookshelf and call it a successful night in. The A/C unit on the living room wall will keep the space at your perfect temperature even in the hotter summer days.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to create a gourmet meal or take it easy… stove/oven, microwave, tea kettle, drip coffee machine, and french press are provided as well as essential cookware and dining ware. However, please note that there is no dishwasher: enjoy getting lost in the bubbles as you take a trip to simpler times and wash your dishes by hand.

Snooze in luxury in our king-sized bed fitted with soft microfiber sheets, fluffy pillows, and a genuine goose & duck down duvet. Enjoy streaming services from a TV in the bedroom as well. Please note that the guest suite is located below our second floor, therefore, you will hear some footsteps above. A noise machine is provided in the bedroom and we do our best to be courteous of guests below, but if you are a light sleeper and some light noises will bother you, this place is not for you.

Towels, washcloths, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

The couch can be pulled out into a for my leg support and the left side can be lifted to find extra stored items such as the iron and first aid kit.

Other things to note:
The second story of our home is above the guest suite. We do everything we can to minimize our sound from above, but you will probably hear some footsteps while you are staying in our suite. A sound machine is provided in the bedroom, but if some noise above will bother you, this is not the place for you.

15 mins to downtown, 10 mins to Cal Expo & CSUS. 8 minutes to great shopping & food at Arden Fair mall or Howe Bout Arden. Walking distance to Cottage Park & Kaiser. 22 minutes from the airport. About 2 hours to San Francisco or South Lake Tahoe.
