When it's time to hit the hay, choose from any of the three beds 12-inch memory foam mattresses - one King and two Queens - and for additional sleeping arrangements, the modular sofa in the front living area can be configured to create a cozy bed!

After a restful night's sleep, brew yourself a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy some of our complementary breakfast items!

Enjoy your day exploring Chandler, with hundreds of shops and restaurants within walking distance at Chandler Fashion Center, or hop in the car and be on the AZ loop 101 freeway in just a couple minutes and be on your way to anywhere in the Phoenix area!

Interaction with Guests:
To ensure you have an uninterrupted and private experience during your stay at The Orchard House, I typically won’t be present on-site. Nonetheless, for those unexpected emergencies or urgent needs, rest assured that a trusted member of my team is readily available to assist you in person.

I’m fully committed to providing prompt responses and support through phone or in-app messaging throughout your stay. However, I kindly request that communications after 9pm be reserved for urgent matters only, as this time is dedicated to rest and family.
